Hi everyone!

I must say, I was quite skeptical towards anything PE related, be it exercising, pumping, etc. However a few days ago I came across this wonderful forum, so I went and read some of your stories, and I thought to myself : if they really were BSing, what do they have to gain from that? Besides, some of you made impressive gains which I hope I will be able to achieve one day. Now, I’m not exactly dissatisfied by the size of my penis, it is, as one would say, boyfriend sized. I’m OK with the length (More is always better, that goes without saying) but it really is about the girth I want to focus.

Now, I know what I should do first, The Newbies Routine. I did it yesterday, it was quite arousing, truth be told, and I could swear after 5 minutes of pulling, mine was already a little longer (wishful thinking, I know). So my routine will be the Newbie’s for the next 2 months. After that I wondered is anyone of you had some input on exercises that really were girth-focused? I know jelqing is one of them, but I’d like ta add a little.. Variety in my routine.

Anyway, as far as measurements go, here are mine :

BPEL : 16,4 cm - 6,46 inches
MSEG : 11,1 cm - 4,37 inches

Goal : Passing the toilet paper test girthwise
BPEL : As much as I can gain, 20 cm (7,87 in would be awesome)
MSEG : 13 cm (5,11 in)

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Congratulations on starting and especially having some starting measurements so you aren’t like a lot of us (me) who have to estimate where we started. I knew my girth and NBPEL very well but missed out getting a starting BPEL.

There’s no need for variety this early on in your routine. Just get the habit of doing the Newbie Routine and making PE a part of your life. The girth exercises, devices and other things can happen later, when you’re ready and that’s a logical step.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Quick update : Today, I did my routine. Stretches were fine. The jelqs were a little more challenging, because I’m not circumcised, so no matter how much I pull the foreskin down it always rolls itself back on my glans and impairs my rhythm. I also have trouble maintaining the pressure, I’m not sure If I’m supposed to be grasping the base of my penis at all times to really trap the blood in there or release it from time to time. Besides, I’ve read that after a good session of jelqing, my penis is supposed to be and feel full of blood and, well, can’t say I’ve experienced that yet. I’ve already read quite a bit on jelqing, but I fail to find any answer to these questions in particular, so if any of you had any insight on the matter, I’d be grateful.

Finally, I’ve re-measured, just to make sure I had the same starting point and, well, it was a little longer! Perhaps it’s because this time I REALLY pushed the tape on my pubis, so as to standardize the measure as much as I can. And I tightened the tape ever so slightly just to lose the slack for the girth, which is the method I’ll use from now on. Perhaps I’ll adjust my goals accordingly but for now, we’ll just wait and see. Anyway, here goes :

PBEL: 16,7 cm
MSEG: 11,5 cm

I put a cock ring on to keep the blood in the penis and do the hand-over-hand technique to keep the ring at the base with one hand while the other is doing the jelq. I try to keep the unit at about 80% full of blood while jelqing — NOT ERECT IN ANY WAY. It should be engorged but not erect. Ie, should feel like a water balloon.
