Aussie86's Routine

Current Method:

1. 5mins warm up
2. Apply Penis Stretcher (SizeGenetics) to flacid (@ 4 inches)
3. Stretch flacid penis to max comfortable stretch length (6.3 inches) & Hold for 30mins
4. While stretching do 50 rep sets of Partial Jelqing

Partial Jelqing = using two fingers firmly jelq the top and bottom OR sides of the penis (from base to end)
