Hey guys. Found this site by chance, and if there is a Celestial up there who takes pity on 5-inchers, then I would be one of them who was guided to this forum.

My Reasons For Doing PE:

Got a girl in my life who I truly care for, and she in turn does the same for me. She has been with two long term relationships, and though I’ve never been bothered by it, sometimes the whispers from beyond tries to play with my self-esteem, I always brush it of by convincing myself that she’s with me now. Even if I’m not her ‘first’, but I’ve done many other ‘first’ with her, travelling to a different country, meeting her parents, and even getting raunchy pictures and video chat of us just admiring each other’s body. The pros outweigh the cons :) .

And our sex life has been great (in her words, she enjoyed it). But, during sex, I will get a hard-on for the first few minutes and would get soft as time gradually and I would then need to shake a little more to get it hard again. Which means my EQ is terrible. What bothered me though when we were taking shower, she said maybe she’s loose, that is why I am getting flaccid quickly. I told her no, it’s not you. It’s me, I could be tired and all. In other words, this is my interpretation not of hers, I have a below average junk, though she said I shouldn’t be bothered about the size and that’s ‘my junior’.

I know she truly has an affection for me, because even before we got together, she has been initiating most of our conversation. And I want to present her, beside being someone who reciprocate the same feelings, also would like to give the same on our intimacy moment.

And thus began my momentous journey, to a better lover by first, getting a better EQ to show her she’s not ‘loose’, and slowly building up to better size.

Short term goal: At least 6’ by 5’ by the end of the year.
Long term goal: At least 7’ by 5.5’ before I reach 40 years of age

Welcome to Thunder’s! Sounds like you’ve got 2 main issues: EQ and self-esteem. For the first one I recommend kegels. 50 5-second holds per day, maybe 5 days per week. Takes you under 10 minutes, and you can do them while watching tv! Also for me personally jelqs have helped with that. Even more than those two things: getting enough sleep and doing some resistance exercise.

For the second thing, that’ll take some time. You can do PE to increase your size, but the painful truth for most of us is that the size of our members doesn’t change our image of ourselves. However, the pathway to there (disciplined work towards a worthy goal, taking responsibility for your health and penis health, slowly stacking up the victories and taking the losses) DOES. Start with the newbie routine (START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Info) and monitor your PIs (Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth! ). Good luck and may the constellation of the phallus shine down on us all!

For resistance exercises, I have been going to gym on-off for close to 10 years. So, there shouldn’t be a problem there.

As for the size of down there, I mind to a certain degree, but more so ever, for now I just want to maintain an erection that doesn’t dwindle after a while. I don’t want my girlfriend to ever feel that she’s the problem.

Just a small update.

Been doing the Newbie routine since the 11th of April, though it’s just a few days, but by Jupiter’s cock, have I never been more hornier than ever.

All I can say that, been doing it slow, and enjoying these exercises as I enjoy my gym workout where I don’t rush in doing them.

Also, altered my workout from the newbie routine to this

5 minutes - Hot towel wrap
5 minutes - Manual stretch (warm up)
10 minutes - Jelqs (Wet Jelqs using a mixture of shea butter and coconut oil)
5 minutes - Hot towel wrap
5 minutes - Manual stretch (cool down)
50 kegels (15 quick kegels, 15 *3-second* kegels, 10 quick kegels, 10 *5-second* kegels)

That’s my update for this small window frame. Will be back in 2-3 weeks to update how my EQ improves as well as, if there are changes in length.

Update:

My normal PE workout is the first thing I do when I wake up in the morning around 4-ish, before heading to the gym for my workout.
Two days ago (15/04/2019), which is on a Monday, and my Monday’s are leg days. I don’t squat heavy, around 225-275 pounds of 5x5.

What I notice though, after PE that morning, my squat decreased a little as I had a hard time maintaining pressure on the base area to push. On leg days, from now on, I’d probably do PE only at night before bed.

Anyways a little science, since squatting and engaging the legs which is part of a large muscle group in the human body, is known to release testosterone naturally.

And if my broscience is legit, this could perhaps help in promoting my PE?

Update 25/04/2019

Did my measurement as of 2 weeks.

I don’t know if I had been taking my measurements wrongly, but as of now:

BPEL = 13.5-13.8 cm (5.3”-ish)
Girth = 4.5” (grossly measured wrongly, bought a tailor measuring tape to get its accuracy)

All in all, I’m still positive this will work as there is so many evidence here.

As for my short term goal for now, getting a rock hard member without it being flaccid halfway. Hence, have been doing kegels whenever it’s possible.

As for the next measurement, probably in a month’s time, I’d attach visuals to see my growth.

Also, had a negative PI on 23/04/2019, where I felt my member was a little fatigue, and took a break on 24/04/2019.

Just edge about 20 mins without cumming to let the blood flow.
