4/10 Following the newbie routine, but on my off days have been trying the Captain’s Wench to get a grip on hanging.

5/10 Bought a Bib hanger and have switched to hanging followed by a massage then 50 wet jelqs and edging with kegels.

6/10 Worked up to 3 sets of 20 minutes at 5 pounds.

7/10 4 sets of 20 minutes, 2 in am. and 2 in pm., adding 1/2 pound a week; dropped back to two sets due to loss of eq.

8/10 2 sets of 20 min. and 6.7# with jelqing in between and after plus kegels.

9/10 2 sets of 20 min. and 7.5# with jelqing in between and after plus kegels.

10/10 2-3 sets of 20min @ 10# w/ jelqing and kegels.

11/10 Started on pumping routine 101 while continuing hanging 3sets of 20 min @ 10#

12/10 Sparodic due to holidays and lack of privacy

1/11 Sparodic again primarily pumping with no hanging

2/11 Back to hanging 3 sets of 20min @ 9# with jelquing and light pumping everyother day for fun
