There have been a couple of months in which I did not PE on a regular basis in this time becuase of school related time constraints. As of last measurement I will be using this routine daily for a while:
No warm-up, 30 minute 35%-60% jelqs followed by 15 minute jelq/stretch combo, and finally edge for 10 minutes up to an hour(depending on my mood). Then I finish with a warm shower.
