Hi, I’ve been using the extender since Sept.16 on and off so thought today, for some reason would be a good day to start a official log.
I haven’t measured girth but my BPEL is 7,1”, BPFSL is approx7,6”, Flaccid is about 5,5” and I’m aiming for 9”BPEL and 6-7” Flaccid as I love the fact that it almost always hangs lower now than when I started this out and I really want to be a shower as well.
Girth wise I think I’m around 5+” and want to end up at around 5,5” but of course 6” EG is the “dream”.

I’m stretching at a length of 8,5” and put in 5h and 55min yesterday, aiming for 6h at least everyday from now on.
I manage to have it on for about 25-65min at a time, it really varies a lot I have found out but at least I’m putting in the hours and been doing so for a few months, but as said on and off. I’m contemplating just giving a total fuck and just wear it out in public as well, but not really sure about that yet as it seems to start hurting more and faster when walking much and I prefer sitting in a chair when having it on.
All I really know is that if I keep this up with a minimum of 6h everyday I’ll most definitely be a shower come summer time and I can go, vainly, showing off my bulge in my under-armour workout gear and skinny jeans which I’m looking forward too, yes, I actually do and just being honest about that.

I’m a former drug addict, 97 days clean as we speak and I’ve done it all Heroine/smack included and am now on medical treatment for that.
I’m also after years of arguing with endos and Doc’s finally on TRT after having had testicular cancer in my early 20’s but they’ve used the fact that I’ve always kept in some kinda decent shape against me, at least enough for them to refuse me treatment I always knew I needed. My test readings were just barely over the lower limit for being eligible for getting it.
My purpose in life at the moment is getting a huge dick as I’m already above average, working out which I do 4-5 times a week doing a good mixture of fitness and BB’ing(love my kettlebells and weighted vest), my dog and trying to get my ex-girlfriend who’s a medical Doc back in my life, love of my life she is. I want to be able to fuck her so silly she’ll never want to be without me ever again because she’s the best thing that has ever happened to me in my life and believe me she’s quite the looker being tall, blonde and fit. And we had sex EVERYWHERE, outside, in public places and so forth, probably the best sex of my life as well. She’s freaky to the max, which I loved.

Well, I guess that’s enough said about me and mine. Just thought I would give a little introduction of whom you’re dealing with here. My new motto in life is to be as dead honest as possible as at the end of the day my word is all I got and I want to stay true to my self, after years and years of a downhill struggle, only finding comfort and some kinda peace in drugs for my inner demons. I must also say I struggle a bit with human interaction as self development exactly haven’t been my highest priority so far in life, but I will, somehow, get better at that as well

So, it only came to 4h total yesterday but won’t go into why as it really doesn’t matter.

Just put it on now, pain free as usual, after having found the furthest I possibly can stretch my dick without any discomfort to speak off.
I do around 6 minutes of manual stretching as well everyday before putting it on, 35sec holds, in each direction including straight out. I do sometimes stretch a few rounds more depending on how the unit feels and stretched as long as 24 minutes a few days ago but it just felt like it was way too much for my unit. Hence, I will take it easy on the stretching which I incorporated about a week ago into my extender wearing.
And from previous experience the full on manual hard stretching, hanging and jelqing hasn’t really given me any real gains to speak off so think the long time, low force approach will do me good as already said my flaccid is starting to get big, as in 6” limp straight after I release my dick from the extender.

Going for at least 6 hours today, will try to make it to 7 as I want to reach a total of 50 h each week, it’s a round and good number IMHO, I suppose, and it would bring it to at least 200h each month which I would feel content and happy with. And makes the calculation of the numbers easy peasy, haha.

Wishing the good people of Thunders a good day and happy gaining, seems like a truly positive community this one which suits me good on my new journey developing both my mind and body further. The thought of having a big dick has always been with me since my teens as I’ve always used to have a small flaccid and incidents of being the mark of ridicule for that has left it’s marks on my psyche. I know I should be stronger than this, but have faced the fact we now live in a dick-obsessed society where bigger is always better so instead of letting it bother me anymore I found a solution which I truly believe works as long as you’re patient and take your time to get where you want with it.

“Only” managed 5h yesterday, it just hurts for those last couple of hours, behind my glands, hence the shortened time.
Hope it gets better with time and I can manage at least 6h a day. I’m aiming to get to the maximum extension length which I’m 8 mm from, having a 5 mm and 3mm rod left to screw on this torture apparatus of mine.
When I eventually come to this point I will also screw the whole rod system out a little from the base attachment until I’m ending up at a total stretched length of 23 cm which is approximately 9”.
After reaching this point I will put in at least 500h to cement it and make sure I’ve gotten all I can out of it.

My hang these days is really, really good and never goes under 12,7 cm/ 5” and fluctuates up to 16 cm/ 6,3” which I find very pleasing as being a shower is a goal of mine, just call me shallow for wanting this but I do. Erect I’m still at 7+”(17,7-18 cm) and won’t measure for at least two weeks. It also seems to have gotten thicker, both seems and feels like it and my PI’s are good always waking up with raging morning wood.

I do, finally, know this works as I’ve used to be at like 6,5” BPEL. I know now that I’m gonna get really big, not just big but seriously big, I just want to know what that feels like for my own satisfaction.

I’m trying to add lenght (either bars or tension) every 100 hours or so, about 1/4” and then do another 100-150 hours at that given lenght for about 5 hours a day.

Yeah, pretty damn near exactly 1” above BPFSL maybe 1-3mm under. Funny thing is I used to stretch with all the rods on for about a month but could only manage 2h a day at that length so I just went down 8mm and now it’s so much better and I’m starting to have a 6”++flaccid on the regular.
I used days or weeks as my regulator for when adding bars and it has worked like a charm, it’s also how they recommend doing it in the leaflet of instructions that came with the extender package. No mention of tension there at all which I find a bit weird to be honest, but hey, as long as it works I won’t complain.

I think I’m finally beginning to see some real good results though, as my flaccid has never hung like this before all long and fat, it’s so pleasing to both grab it and see it in the mirror. I’m gonna have a 7”+ flaccid as I just now know I can get it, so why not.

Hope I don’t come across as totally self obsessed, haha. It’s just so damn pleasing finally seeing actual real life results after the 100’s of hours I’ve put in about now.

As for yesterday I only did 3h, due to soreness and not giving a fuck. Today though I am extending as I type this and have already put in 1h and 40mins and will keep on throughout the day until my unit can’t take it anymore, no “pain” no gain. I don’t get like acute pain, just some really good soreness which I can deal with fine just hope it gets easier and easier as I progress and my unit gets even more accustomed to wearing the noose with a foam pad covering it, without the foam pad it’s straight out agony and pain.

3h 25mins yesterday.

I’ve decided to go down another 0,5cm on the bars as it was just a tad too much at 21,5cm. Am as of now stretching at 21cm and it feels way, way better and I put it on effortless, like my dick was made for being stretched at that length/strength.
Today I’m pretty certain I’ll get 6h in, hopefully even more. The optimal goal would be 10-12h as I’ve got the time for a few months now to do so and gotta make the best out of it as time won’t be a luxury I’ve got enough of forever.

My flaccid has for some reason, after going down from 22,8cm stretch which is all the rods available screwed on, to 21,5 and now 21cm hung at around 5,5- 6”+ pretty consistently and for the majority of the day. It’s a pretty good feeling both holding it when taking a piss and glancing at it in the mirror these days and a good clue of gains to come in BPEL as well. I’m now starting to consider myself a shower, finally. Good times, real good times.

6h 5mins yesterday, finally. Gonna try and repeat that today.

3h 30mins, Sunday. Of that time 35 mins were manual stretches.

My time varies a lot much due to fluid build up and some sores behind my glands, nothing to worry about though. Varying my stretched state in between 20,5cm and 21,5cm I use the longest stretch for about 15mins then I go as long as I can manage which is 25-60 mins with 20,5cm.
I do this to try and shock my dick a bit though aiming for more hours in the extender daily and will try to push it hard today. Aiming for at least 4h, hopefully I’ll get even more. My thinking has become that I stretch at a length a way good amount past my BPFSL so I’m kinda “extreme extending” to a degree, which I hope will yield some “extreme results” to come.
Maybe it’s just wishful thinking, but I most certainly stretch it as far as humanly possible for me.

My flaccid is slowly but surely turning in to a “shower monster” which I find oh so pleasing and even when I work out it rarely goes under 5”. Before I had an embarrassing case of “workout dick” making it shrivel up like nobodies business.
Becoming a shower is really all I’m wanting, to be honest, and any gains I get erect from now on I just consider a bonus. At 7”+ it both looks and feels quite pleasing and big, I can honestly feel when I hold my erect dick that it’s become thicker and longer so I guess it’s going in the right direction.

4h 15mins, yesterday.

Did a reverse pyramid of sorts yesterday, haha, I started out at full extension which is 22,3cm for 5 mins, then 22cm for 10mins, 21,5cm for 15mins, 21cm for 20 mins and finally 20,5cm for 25 mins. Dunno why I did it, perhaps to try and “shock” my dick to grow, I know it sounds weird, but as said I did it and it felt ok doing so.

Aiming for 4h minimum as in the leaflet instruction book that came with the package there’s actually a “special method”, as they call it, lol. Where you increase tension and rods every 3’d day for a couple of months so it seems like 4h is the minimum for expecting actual gains. I will just do it this way everyday until I extend at 23cm(screwing the base rod out 7mm as well to get to that length)and do that for about 3- 500h to be sure I’ve gotten absolutely everything I can out of this experiment.
I think also that I’m gonna do some sort of PE for the rest of my life, been doing it on and off, half assed for years now without nothing mentionable to speak of regarding gains.

After finishing with the extender which I will do for the entire 2017 I’ll move on to manual stretching and jelqing, trying my best to stay away from those at the moment as I don’t want to overdo it or mess with the extender results. Also jelqing seems to make it harder for me to gain length, starting immediately to thicken up my dick which I’m not looking for atm.

That is a good approach right there, to increase lenght (either by adding bars or tension screws), and stay at that lenght for a solid number of hours before increasing again

I’m using this approach too, already stretching at 19cm (my BPFSL is 17,5cm), I will keep on this setup for more 100-150 hours

Yepp, could not agree more, 19cm is a good length I must say. I’ve finally hit 21cm on the regular now but it sure took some time, about 4-5 months, can’t remember the exact time. That’s why I’ve started this log to keep a somewhat track of things. Have you been stretching long and have you seen any gains in both flaccid/erect? I’m dying to start seeing some good BPEL gains as flaccid has already increased quite a bit, hanging lower and fuller than ever before. Guess I gotta take that as a sign of good gains to come.

It’s actually quite comfortable to start off with for the first few sets at 21cm, where I’m able to extend for about 40-60 mins at a time. It does start to get “annoying” after about the 2,5-3h mark. I do tend to always make it past the 4h mark though, and then some, which is what I’m aiming for. Can’t seem to tolerate it any longer than that no matter the stretched length I’m at anymore. In the beginning I stretched for anything from 6-10h, but that was barely a stretch starting out at 12cm which was 4cm under my BPEL.
They said to start out that way in the information leaflet.

Keep us updated on any gains man, and “happy stretching”, haha.(It sounds a bit weird in my head saying “happy stretching”, but I guess that’s the best way to put it)

I did make newbie gains from manual stretching, ligaments and now I’m focusing on extender and tunica

2h 20min+25min manual stretching and 15min jelqing, yesterday.

Yep, I have the same thought pattern, only seems logical to stretch beyond BPEL which I am doing.
And thanks for responding will definitely give your log a read.

Total(so far)=40h

4h 20mins, the day before yesterday+30 mins of “limp” jelqing. Took 1 day off as I think it was needed after about 3 months non-stop.

I’m going for the stretching aspect at the same time when jelqing and it felt really good having a nice long and plump hang and it went in to the stretcher a bit easier as well.
I don’t do any sort of warm ups, but I do always wear like thermo trousers under my pants which keeps my dick quite nice and warm all the time, since it’s winter time.
Tried wearing it outside but won’t ever do that again as at the length I’m stretching I would need to wear a skirt or a hijab to mask it totally and my head got cold as fuck which wasn’t a pleasant experience when taking the extender off coming indoors again.

Anyway, think I’ll keep up with some manual stretches as well from time to time, I almost always do 5 mins before putting it on the very first time for the day and also I will keep on doing 2-5 sets of 100 no erection wet jelqs. I’m uncut but I still both like and find better effect from wet jelqing using olive oil as a lubricant, used to go with some moisturizing cream but that dries up too fast and always need to reapply it. Olive oil is both cheap and effective and imagine it can’t do any harm of sorts anyways.
