An Observation

Hello you awesome people,

I’ve noticed that over the past few months of Jelqing that I have slightly enlarged existing veins, and created many new veins which are starting to get bigger as well.

My erection quality is great (it wasn’t bad before but it’s even better now). My urethra is a lot more tense and bulkier but not necessarily bigger. (I’m pretty sure that’s just part of EQ though).

I thought at one point I had a .5 inch gain, but alas, it was just a measurement malfunction. I have 6 inch BPEL, and 5 inch MSEG. I know that size gains come very slowly, it might take me years.

I get red dots a lot whenever I jelq or stretch, which has raised some questions for me. Is that a sign for me that I should stop for a while, because I’ve been doing this for a few months and I’ve only really seen red dots, vein gains, and EQ. Or should I just wait for the red dots to go away (like I have been doing) and keep going?

I’m just on a beginner routine. I warm up properly, then I stretch, hop in the shower, slap on some Vaseline, and do 100 three second jelq strokes. Very basic. I always get a weird fear that I’m jelqing wrong, but I can’t be because I see new veins appearing.

Is there anything that I can improve on, or am I on the right track?

Just keep at it.

hey there Triple7itm,

Those little red dots are medically called petechiae, they are little popped capillary blood vessels. You do 100 jelqs, which means you increase the internal pressure in your penis 100 times and sometimes the pressure is too high and you pop a little blood vessel. In general it is advised to reduce your intensity until you’re just under this point (no petechiae).

That said; new bulky veins and great EQ are good indicators, so you’re definitely near where you want to be. You’ve probably been increasing your exercise intensity since you started, try reducing it a little bit or holding it here for a month or so to see if you’re actually gaining anything. Good luck!

November '18: 190 mm BPEL (7.48") 137 mm MEG (5.39")

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

Thanks, I will reduce my intensity.
