5 minute jelq @ 80% +/-

25 minute pump at 5hg - 8hg in intervals

5 minute light jelq

25 minute pump at 4 - 6hg

5 minute jelq with horse 440s on every 20th rep. Extended holds on stretch intermitent throughout.
