Almost 7" BPEL!!!!

I can’t believe my eyes! Yes, I had to change the method of the way I measure. I had to measure from the side rather than from the top. Oddly enough, when I measure from the top, I get really sensitive and I feel like ejaculating. So, I measure from the side. Luckily for me, I experimented measuring with both methods and I know how much I measured before with side measurements. The last time I measured from the side I was 6 3/4”. In 4 weeks… or there abouts….I gained 1/8” of an inch! So if I measure from the side, that puts me at 6 7/8”. 7” and that’s 95% of my goal! I couldn’t believe it so I measured it again the next day and the results were the same. I’m so glad I found this site!!!!

Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Stop measuring now. Don’t become obsessed.

2.5 min of warming cloth
6 min of stretching (alternating between rotator and squat stretches every other week)
6 min of bundled stretches (but I just started that)
12 min of jelqing
5 min of using the jelq sticks (I just started this)
2.5 min of warming cloth.

I also take supplements: choline, saw palmetto, L-Arganine, and a multi-vitamin (this is to keep blood flowing down there).

I do 2 days on and 1 day off. I don’t over obsess about missing a day… or even a week. If my goal is to do a 6 week program, I just add the missed days to the end and make it up.

I don’t use a lot of force. I’m kind of paranoid about getting hurt. It’s kind of hard to quantify the amount of force. But I would say I only use slightly more force than the weight of my hand. No where near enough to cause the lig pop I’ve been reading about. If only I can make improvements in the girth department using stretches and jelqs.

Sorry but what is lig pop, sounds painful to me.

Maybe I got the term wrong. Sorry. I read in other people’s comments about people getting a pop when they do manual stretching.
