Albud's Routine
1. start with warm wrap for 5 minutes
2. manual stretches in each direction for no less than 2 minutes each. Het pad on for the entire time, except for V stretch.
3. V stretch in the outward position at 3 points: 1 inch behind the head, the middle of the shaft, and an inch from the base, each held for 2 minutes, with careful attention to release if pain begins, and start again with less pressure.
3. a few more minutes of hot wrap.
4. edging for a few minutes, then 130 4-6 second jelqs at 75% erection. Edging between unspecified sets, depending on when my erection level needs to be increased.
5. 5 Minutes of warm wrap, followed by more edging for however long I desire.
