I tried PE for the first time around 4 years ago because I found my penis to look too slim. I had some gains for the girth, but I can’t remember how much exactly. The first time I tried, I went way too hard at it, obtaining my gains but getting injured in the process (a vein broke), so I took a break. I tried a beginner’s routine afterwards, but never got any gain again.
This month, on the 10/05/14, I decided I would give it another try and improvised a routine I perform 6 times a week, taking a break on Fridays. Here’s a description:
40 dry jelqs with a complete or almost complete erection
10 holds of 20 seconds (not applying too much pressure, just enough to feel some tension)
Then I try to stay erect for another 40 minutes, doing 2 times 2 sets of 50 kegels in the meanwhile.
I have been doing this from three weeks now and am amazed at my gains. My girth passed from 14.75 cm to about 15.5cm in only three weeks with a stable 0.25cm gain per week. The length stays exactly the same at 19.5cm though.
As stated in my title, I am aiming for 9x7 inches which means about 23cm/18cm. Due to the results, I am really hopeful I can achieve the girth at least. If I do attain my goal, I will then attack the length. Would you have any suggestion for the length? Do you think I can achieve my goal without hitting a plateau?
