I tried PE for the first time around 4 years ago because I found my penis to look too slim. I had some gains for the girth, but I can’t remember how much exactly. The first time I tried, I went way too hard at it, obtaining my gains but getting injured in the process (a vein broke), so I took a break. I tried a beginner’s routine afterwards, but never got any gain again.

This month, on the 10/05/14, I decided I would give it another try and improvised a routine I perform 6 times a week, taking a break on Fridays. Here’s a description:

40 dry jelqs with a complete or almost complete erection

10 holds of 20 seconds (not applying too much pressure, just enough to feel some tension)

Then I try to stay erect for another 40 minutes, doing 2 times 2 sets of 50 kegels in the meanwhile.

I have been doing this from three weeks now and am amazed at my gains. My girth passed from 14.75 cm to about 15.5cm in only three weeks with a stable 0.25cm gain per week. The length stays exactly the same at 19.5cm though.

As stated in my title, I am aiming for 9x7 inches which means about 23cm/18cm. Due to the results, I am really hopeful I can achieve the girth at least. If I do attain my goal, I will then attack the length. Would you have any suggestion for the length? Do you think I can achieve my goal without hitting a plateau?

Um, you don’t say what your size is now, so no one can say. And really, no one can say with any real certainty that you won’t hit a plateau or two along the way. Most do, but some don’t.

I wrote it, but since it’s hidden in all the text, I’ll enounce it clearly here.

Starting stats (10/05/14): BPEL:19.5cm, EG:14.75cm

Present stats (28/05/14) : BPEL:19.5cm, EG:15.5cm

Normally I would say that you have very realistic goals with the girth being the hard part. Still realistic for you but you seem to be an easy gainer in the girth department. With that in mind I would suggest a routine that isn’t so targeted on girth. What ever you do just be carefull and don’t break that thing!

Thanks for the recommendation, but since this routine is working so well for my girth, I guess I will keep at it until I achieve my girth goal and then attack the length one. Divide and Conquer.

But if I wanted to add some stretches, do you think it should be done before, or after the girth exercises?


start stats :7.7x5.8 (2014-06-02 ) / Short term goal : 8x6 (achieved on 2014-06-14 and 2014-04-23 respectively)

Mid term goal : 8.5x6.5 (achieved on 2020-06-21 after 6 years break.)

Long term goal : 9x7

For me, better to stretch before girth-oriented workout. I get better expansion after stretching.

I must add that gains in girth are enormous. 9x7 inches are a realistic goal in this case.

The size you have now is pretty impressive. 9 x 7 will be massive. Might be difficult to find a woman that can take that girth.

I should say, this week I started to do 20 second kegels (counted in my head and I tend to underestimate time, so it’s really between 20 and 30 seconds each). I do 2 sets of 10. This already improve my EQ allowing me to reach 8 inches, even a bit more at 110% erect, but I also realized today I don’t cum without wanting to. I don’t know if it’s only temporary, but it seems I strengthened my BC so much I actually have to think about it to cum. I realized this because I was getting multiple orgasms when masturbating without even trying to. That really surprised me because it was almost impossible for me in the past to stop it voluntarily. It seems the trick is to always force it a little. If you feel it coming, it’s too late.

Another note, when I kegel, I place my penis at 90 degrees compared to my torso and block it from raising with my hands. I found it makes it much easier to pump blood in the penis. It also actually makes my 20 seconds kegels more intense than the holds. It’s also nicer because I don’t need to squeeze my dick, it’s just perfectly filled with uniform pressure. As with the hold, it should be done with a good erection though (no need for 100% because after 1 or 2 seconds, you will be 100% erect anyways, but you should be at least 80% or you lose the erection completely).
