Ahopeful1's Routine

I’m clamping 4-6 times two days on and one day off. Occasionally I jelq a few times a day but no more than 20 reps. I do streches while in the shower as well as some squeezes. I occassionally do some squeezes while clamping when the pressure is down. I’m also streching when I get in bed at night. I lift my leg and pull it to one side of my sack and back as far as I can between my ass crack. Then I put my leg back down. I usually fall asleep that way.

2/1 - 2/7: Experienced an injury that caused me to lay off PE for a week.
3/1 - 3/7: Started 3 X 10min Pumping sessions, 100 DLD Blaster streches, 100 Jelqs followed by several clamping session throughout the day.
3/8 - 3/14: Traveled to in-laws and couldn’t PE.
3/15: Restarted the routine I began prior to my trip. I lost some gains due to the time off. That just compounds the crappy experience of my trip.
