Agless' Routine

Try to do the PE at least 3 times a week. I spend close to 36 to 50 minutes of PE. Warming up,Streching, wet Jelquing, and warming at the end. Sometimes it takes longer when I have to try to get some erection. I keep losing it during PE. Increasing PE to 5 days a week, with two off.
