After-Injury Dzani's Routine

Eight months ago, I injured myself while doing stretches, my dick went numb and cold, with some considerable loss of sensation (Cold Glans, Numb Dick injury).

But now I’m healed and I’m willing to take the risk to start PEing again. The fear of getting injured again is big, but the will to grow is bigger.

I’ll start with a very simple routine, lighter than the Newbie’s Routine, with less jelqs.

The routine:

10min warm-up
5min stretching
100 wet jelqs
10min warm-down

Between each stretch set, I always check if my glans get any cold sensation, and I do some kegels to make blood run through it. I’m being careful to not get too injured again.

Today after the workout the BPEL was 15,3cm (6 inches), and the MSEG was approximately 13cm (5,1 inches).

I can’t get a exact measure on the MSEG because I don’t have a proper measuring tool, so I used a toilet paper.

I’ll be doing the routine with the basic 2 on and 1 off.

Any advice is extremely welcome.
