Hello all! Great forum! Since this is my first post I’ll keep it short. I started PE in January of last year (2016) and have been pretty consistent with my routines. They are as follows

Starting out - 5 min stretch, 20 min jelq, Quick Extender Pro for 4-8 hours, bathmate 15-20 mins at night

Now - 10 min stretch, 20 min jelq, Quick Extender Pro 6-8 hours, bathmate 20-25 mins at night

I haven’t put my measurements on my profile but they are about..

6.5” BPEL x 5” MEG

I would really love to get gains the organic way and surgery just isn’t an option. There’s way too many conflicting stories and the risk is way too high in my opinion. Are there any others out there like me who aren’t seeing gains with their workouts or is there maybe some recommendations I could get from some of the senior members or other members that have had more success with their PE? I’m starting to feel pretty desperate over here! Haha

You have a nice size, so I guess a surgical intervention is not really needed.

I have reached gains in a few months with a light jelq and the use of an extender I wear for 8+ hours daily (5 days on, 2 off)

Maybe you are in over-training. Do you take some breaks?

Hey SkinsJB,

Sounds like you started way too heavy and it has blocked your gains thus far. If you go too hard when you start out, you just harden the penis and it doesn’t grow. I suggest you take a month off or so and start over with the newbie routine on a 2 on 1 off schedule or similar. You’ll need a decon break for sure and then low intensity work could actually start landing you some gains. When in doubt decondition and start lighter.

For me, even the standard Newbie Routine appeared to be too much to start out with (I gained better EQ, a bit of girth, but no length), so I took a decon break and started again. I’m now on a routine that couldn’t possibly be more lightweight, i.e. just some manual stretches throughout the day, and I’ve started gaining length.

It does work, but we’re all different, meaning you need to find the right routine and intensity level that works for you.

Agreed with CrusherBrooks, a fresh start could change things around for good. Although, I would be restarting with a lighter routine then the classic Newbie Routine, like the Linear Newbie Routine.

My recommendation is always on the side of caution. Your original work out, ANY of the 3 parts of it were too much to start with if done alone. Much less together. What was your rest schedule?

I would take at least a month off. Probably 2 or 3, to fully decondition.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Also if you stick with the same thing for 15 months, your body will adapt to the routine, you should have tried changing the routine, the best would be to start slow and then progress to something harder.

Ditto on the routine and size. I’m 6.5x5 myself, and locked in the gains but no more coming. The information is so whacked opposite and contradictory all around that I haven’t even figured out what’s what.

Decon? No, hang. No, pump. No, go every day, but really, take off every-other day. Go heavy. Go light.

I dunno. The only thing that ever worked for me was in the beginning, so maybe a long decon followed by a fresh start is in order. Maybe I’ll take off through the end of July or something. Still no girth gains, though. Sucks. I want a 5.5, but maybe that’s not in the cards.

Hey guys. Thanks for the responses. I actually did take a little over a month off around last summer because I was traveling a lot but also felt fatigued and that I could possibly be working towards injury. No pump no stretch nothing. I do notice that my pumps last a little longer now, around 10 hours or so. Also a few months back eliminated jelqing from my routine to see if I was over training. Nothing has seemed to really solidify any kind of change in gain. Also.. Somewhat different question. Does bone pressed literally mean you are shoving the ruler back into your public skin area, or just resting the ruler around where your suspensory ligament is? Again , thanks for the responses and continued support. You dudes are awesome !

Bone pressed…literally means shoving it back to the pubic bone. The first time you do it…it feels like torture. Be careful.

Oh well in that case my BPEL is more like 7”. Also allow me to provide a more detailed breakdown of my PE journey so far now that I’ve pleaded my case ..

Jan 2016 / periodic manual stretching throughout the day, bathmate at night (three 5 minute pumps as instructed by the bath mate manual)

Feb - Apr / same as above added a 10 min jelq in the morning and an extender for about 4-6 hours during the day. Same pump regiment

Summertime / about 2 months off for recoup after feeling fatigued and had a UTI. NO FUN !

Aug - Nov / back to starting routine as listed above with the stretcher.

Nov - Feb / warm up 10 - 20 min jelq in the morning. Extender 4-8 hours. Bathmate 20 mins at night with a cockring on (8 min, 7 min, 5 min pumps)

Feb - current / manual stretch for 5-10 mins. Not jelqing anymore. Extender 4-8 hours. Bathmate 20 mins at night with a cockring on (8 min, 7 min, 5 min pumps)

And at which intensity/tension is your extender set? (what kind of extender do you use?)
There is zero progression in the extender?
If you were it 4+ hours everyday for months you have to have some reaction in your dick to it.
Please explain exactly what you do. At what intensity you set it etc. and then what reaction you experience during and after.

Also start to measure BPFSL which shows changes earlier then BPEL.

I use the Quick Extender pro. I wouldn’t know a specific tension rate, I just put it on and adjust the screws until the tension pulls my penis out to 100% tension. I usually leave it on for 1-2 hours then take off to allow blood flow and recoup for 5 mins or so. Then put it on again and repeat.

Yes I am as confused as you dudes as to why I haven’t cemented any gains. The moment I remove the extender I retract to my usual size within minutes.

Make sure you stretch beyond your BPFSL. Not right from the start but at least when you hit the 2nd hour. Applying heat will help with that.
You need to Feel some stretch and when you use it 5+ hours you should feel some fatigue.
If you can stretch for 2 hours straight IMO you are using Not enough intensity.
When I gained with extender I coupled it with helicopter stretches during the pauses to Hit some more angles.
No matter the wrapping I had to release tension Every hour cause the stretch beyond BPFSL caused me to lose circulation.
You can use a pump after you are done with the extender to Prolong the hang.
