After a year and 3 months, no results

My BPFSL is just over 7” maybe 7.25” and that’s where I’m stretching to when I have it on. I’ve also read other blogs (good looking loser, phalloboards, etc) that say if you don’t wear it 6-8 hours a day for 6 months at least you won’t see any results. Also is anyone familiar with alternative fillers that are permanent besides PMMA?

I don’t feel injured or fatigued in anyway currently and I really wanna keep up with my PE much like I’d wanna keep exercising regularly at a gym if I felt good. I don’t. I guess some guys just don’t gain anything from all these PEs?

what has worked for me so far is just doing length exercises - when I jelqed… it toughened me up AND took away time needed to stretch. takes a long time to stretch your penis out of you… need to pull it out slowly over time… I have had many, many different stretching sensations along the way of stretching … I think I am finally going to produce quick gains I can almost feel it… its the opposite effect of what I used to feel in the beginning which was a solid cord which would never stretch..

I think the extender is a good start but for me, hanging and manuals are doing the trick.

length first, girth second.. may do some girth just to keep the eq up … for me I think I will try for another 1/4 inch or so in FSL than add girth in… than slowly do more girth and less length. to solidify

Incorporate constant heat.

So I did a 4 day rest.. No stretching no pumping. It seems my size did go down a little bit. Especially the girth. I’m picking back up on the routine but reduced the frequency. So stretch for 1-2 hours, then take it off for a 5-10 min rest, then repeat over a 6 hour duration followed by a 18 minute pump at the end of the day (8 mins, 5 mins, 5 mins). I guess we’ll see if this helps at all or if I’m doomed to be this size forever.

You and I have about the same stats, and I’d never call myself “doomed.” I’ve had plenty of positive comments and responses about my dick, before after and during sex, and even had girls brag about it to their friends. Not based on size, mind you, but on quality and fit. It’s a comfortable size where anything goes and it’s fun and feels great.

So I’d never call myself “doomed.”

Like you, sure, I’m going for a little more size, but to be honest, I’m happy with the EQ response I’ve been able to realize already. If nothing else, I’m far more potent now than I was a year ago, size notwithstanding.

Plus, I’m probably maxing out my wife at 7”. I’m still going for a bit more length, but it’s not the end if I don’t get it. I’d like more girth, but the thing about girth is that it really helps the erection quality and stamina. I believe my wife would not balk at a more girthier fit, maybe 5 1/4, but 5 1/2 will be pushing it. I’m shooting for 7.5x5.5 just as a stretch goal, but I’d be genuinely happy if I were just a bit thicker and touched on 7” BPEL. My wife already complains I go too deep sometimes, so more than that might be a problem.

Well maybe not doomed. More like burdened I guess. After scouring the web the only (somewhat creditable) stories and studies I’ve read all say that penis stretchers are almost the only non surgical methods to gaining. So I’m gonna stick to my new routine of wearing for around 6-8 hours a day with breaks every couple of hours and a quick pump at night. I’ll add that I’m convinced at this point that the bathmate has absolutely no long term effect at all, which is disappointing. Maybe after a few months of stretching if I see significant length gains then I’ll consider different methods for girth gain. Anyways , I’ll continue to post here with updates.
