Aetius' Routine

Warm up in bath or shower. The workout varies from day-to-day, but typically I will begin with light stretches (flaccid bends in all but direction of my curve), then move on to light jelqs for a short time. When I have achieved enough of an erection, I begin to squeeze the glans and jelq harder- girth is my primary goal. All in all, my current workouts tend to last around 20 minutes (including idle/wasted time).
