Advice please

Man I can’t get my dick to grow, I’m starting think he wants me to be embarrassed. Could someone please give me a little advice on what I may be doing wrong.

Under my circumstances I have limited amounts of privacy so I have to do what I can. But I can usually get 4 to five days a week in

I started with the newbie routine rice sock and all. I did that for about a month and I saw not even a millimeter worth of gains, so I found a hydropump online. I had to try it. Did that for 3-4 days a week for about 6 weeks-Nothing. I quit for a while, then in January I saw a leluv vacumn pump online and once again I was motivated. I’ve been pumping with a heat pad wrapped around my dick for about three months now and still no gains. A few times I even pumped for forty five minutes straight with a few small breaks in between

You might want to think about incorporating jelqing back into your routine. A months time is not enough time to see anything. Hell if guys got growth in a month everyone would be doing it. It takes time and work.

Sounds to me like you have now overworked your penis. Doing the newbie routine for one month was not enough time to condition before starting with the pumping. You saw no gains and should only start something new when gains stop. Without seeing any noticeable gains, you weren’t ready for any more advanced PE routines.

Take some time off and start over. Let your dick rest. When you start back up, make sure you are only doing the newbie routine as specified. Nothing extra until you do notice gains and you have got to a point where the routine just doesn’t feel as though it’s doing anything, anymore. One month doesn’t cut it. I also recommend 2 days on and 1 day off as a good schedule.

I agree that you were impatient. PE takes a dog’s age. Progress usually is slow. Getting motivated for a little while won’t do anything. Just like you won’t get ripped in a month at the gym.

Yeah that’s true, I guess I get too anxious, and I also see other members reporting small gains after a month, so it makes me feel like I’m doing something wrong if I don’t at least see a millimeters worth of growth after 1 month

Cool, I’ve already taken off 2 weeks. I’ll start again and measure only after six months.
