Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

Advice, I wish I would of listened.

Advice, I wish I would of listened.

After getting excited with my original half-inch gain years ago I have been stretching nonstop 1 to 2 hours a day for about two years and have seen little to no gain.
I knew you’re supposed to take a day off every other day or two days a week but I never did

Not only have not seen any gains but I’ve also been noticing a lot more turtling

Stretching for an hour or two every day just became a habit and in my desire to gain penis size has back fired

I have finally realized this and have decided to take the month of June off with no stretching at all
And start fresh in a month.

Funny thing though I have reached down and started to get a few stretches in twice while writing this, it seems to be a bad habit that I have to break

I would suggest longer than one month off. The amount of stretching that you describe I would suggest at least 4 months.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Does anyone have experience with new growth after taking a beak

I have mostly been using an extender, that «only» pulls with max 1500 grams. I did so for an average of 4 hours/day for 2 years. I’ve had 1and 1/4 inch gain.

Then for many reasons, I had a 4 year break.

In march this year I started up again, and after a week, I were back on track using the extender with the same length as before, and after a month I could even put in an extra 1/2 inch rod.

So, yes you can continue to grow after just a month break.

I think you just did overdo it, and your penis responded the wrong way. Go easy for longer sessions per day, and for a long period of time, and you will see good results.

The results may vary from person to person, but everybody are experiencing gain.

Good luck.

10/5/16 - 4/30/17
No decon breaks
397 hours extender
61 hours air pump
25 hours jelq
Average rest days/week 2.27

No gains

4/30/17 - 4/25/18
Decon breaks every 6-8 weeks
291 hours extender
11 hours pump
6 hours jelq
17 hours clamp
Average rest days/week 3.11

0.25” length gain, no girth

Items of note during no gains period:
1. Excessive pumping at between 5-10 hg
2. I did not increase my tension by adding extender bars.
3. No decon breaks
4. Rested 2 days/week on average.

Gains period items of note:
1. Significantly reduced pumping hrs
2. Added extender bars
3. Added decon breaks every 6-8 weeks
4. Rest days per week increase by a day from 2 days to 3 days.
5. No significant break taken between no gains and gains period.
6. Longer period of PE time between measurement lock date, possibly too long!

I think the greatest reason for gaining after the no gains period was:

1. Reducing hours pumping
2. Increasing tension on extender
3. Continuing to monitor and even increase rest days.
4. Possibly the added decons as well.

My thoughts on your situation.
1. Maybe you have maxed out what gains you can make using manual stretching?
2. If you are turtling stop all pe until you get what you feel is your healthy flaccid state back. Take some additional time beyond that to seal the deal.
3. Absolutely force those rest days, 2 days might be all you need.

I think PE is a balance between finding the right combination of exercises, applied intensity and healing. Look critically at those components.

Right now I am focusing on finding a balance between the extender and longer durations of heated jelqing. I am making nuanced changes based on observations and history. Such as, the extender will only be worn in the morning prior to my jelqing routine, regardless of hours logged. If it is one hour in extender prior to jelq, so be it. My goal with this is to focus more on not impeding girth gains from jelqing, allowing the penis to rest after the final jelq routine. Obviously I am thinking more about girth now with some consideration to length. I will also be focusing critically on not going too long without increasing extender tension, which must be increased carefully because injury is not on my things to do list. I am also going to be incorporating the Angion Method a few times a week. I believe AM has its place as a method to support longer edging sessions, which will support healing and blood flow.

Track what you are doing carefully and look for your balance. Monitor growth closely, don’t obsess over the tape measure, but keep it close by. Don’t let too much time pass between routine approaches before analyzing and making conscientious adjustments based on your trial and error (data).

My last gains period where I gained that 0.25” over a year probably could have been greater had I made some additional measurements and intelligent adjustments.

It’s a long road and for me gains come, but they are certainly not handed to me.

Best wishes for big gains to all of us!

Once upon a time (2015): 6.40” x 4.50”

I think we can...Little Engine’s Climb

I’m still on my break, I’m thinking 6weeks.

I mostly did stretching which I think isn’t any different then using some type of extender, I have tried a extender but it hurts my penis after about 15 minutes, I have never found a soft clamp that worked, so I just use manual stretching

I’m not sure how much pulling pressure is to much, I would usually pull to my maximum length
