Hi all, I’m using this first log as my first post and an overview of my current situation, previous experience and where I wanna go with PE.

I just graduated from a university in London this summer, which in my final year, is where my PE journey had started. I had experimented with the newbie routine that I had found through a Google search. Till the bathmate and the gains of using that to pump was brought to my attention. So in winter 2015 I had started pumping and loved the girth gains the X30 had brought, which I still will incorporate now.
Unfortunately during my time at uni I had a few bad moments in life, losing my mother 30 days after my grandad (her father) died too, then losing my job after graduating which has forced me now to move back home which will make PE more difficult with privacy etc on the line.

But after joining TP and reading as many posts to answer all the questions I have, it seems length gains are more difficult to obtain with girthy individuals and it’s recommended to get all the length you need first. Which I will take into account with my journey and see if it does help and record my progress along the way.
Which is why I feel to take a more disciplined and rigorous approach to PE as a means of picking myself back up from these unfortunate events holding me back and using the time I have available whilst also looking for new work.

My routines will be based solely around:
Manual stretching - BTC, Bundled stretches, A stretch, Rotary Stretches
Pumping - Bathmate X30
Manual Girth exercises - Horse 440’s, SSJ ‘s, Isometrics, although I am always hungry for more intense exercises to create better girth.
5-6 days on and 1-2 days off

My approach will be to get all the length I can possible before turning to girth. I would appreciate any input on the best routine that can help me on my journey which will help others who are pressed for time and privacy like myself. My only times would be in the shower or a couple hours in the day so I would be aiming for efficiency and intensity.

I will work on getting measurements for the start of this journey as soon as I can but as an estimate my flaccid length is around 5” and stretched flaccid is 7” I think. More accurate measurements will be made for this.

As a target, I would basically like to be as long as a 500ml bottle of soda which is about 9.8” inches long and for girth I would probably aim to be as thick as I can get.

Hi CeyLong, I am not starting out as a newbie, it’s more a return to PE with a more disciplined and efficient approach

I have conditioned myself to handle the kind of time and workouts needed for good gains from some of the ‘big gainers’ so I will aim to work up to that workload soon

Light Hurdle

Skin around the shaft has been injured a little through friction and so I am letting it heal before I continue on my journey.

My main focus when stretching is to pull back extra skin that gets caught in my grip as I feel like that will contribute to turkey neck problems worsening.

Do people think it’s a sign of growth anyway for the skin to adapt as such?

Measurement Update- 6" X 6"

So I plucked up some courage and tried to be more accurate with my journey by actually taking some measurements. It was at a semi so I’m sorry if it makes them askew.

But it is 6 x 6, the measurements were taken with a string and measured against a tape measure.
Mid Shaft Girth - 6 inches
Erect Length - 6 inches

I wouldn’t count this as starting measurements from the absolute beginning. But we’ll count it as starting measurements for this journey and now trying to be more disciplined and proper with a routine, using mainly V and A stretches, Behind the cheek stretches and bundled stretches.

But any suggestions on stretches to really stretch out the inner penis and bring that out more would be appreciated

Can you really call it starting measurements if its a semi? You wont actually know your gains unless it is an actual erection.


7-20-16: BP: 7.63 NBP 6.75 x 5.75

3-22-17: BP: 8.44 NBP 7.56 x 5.75

I guess you are right with that. I will try one of the days with a more accurate set of measurements.

I would never count a friction injury as a sign of growth. That’s overdoing it.

Starting measurements are important to keep accurate. How will you see gains? By measuring exactly a 57% erection at the same mood, temperature and humidity levels?

Just start simple and consistent. Any big gainer would say the same.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *8* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith. Also Fitness helps too.

Hi TG, mastering the fundamentals is where it’ at from what I see also from the posts you have in your signature too. That was a good read and will help eliminate the sporadic approach and hopefully move forward more disciplined.

Any chance you could shed some light on a more organised disciplined routine?

At the moment I use a BTC fowfer stretch in bed. My penis is warm from the body heat in the bed and once ready I pull to a good tension and stretch, then hold it there for a minute or so.

How could the routine be improved with some incorporated A/V stretches maybe also.

My end goal will be an erect length in double digits, but after reading your posts you advise a mix of both length and girth work for the best results. Whereas everywhere I seem to look, length should always be worked on first before doing girth work, because it makes it harder to make length gains after. What is your take on it?

I’ve accepted it will take time but I feel I am patient enough and will be as consistent as needed with the help of TP.
