Adventures of a girthy graduate
Hi all, I’m using this first log as my first post and an overview of my current situation, previous experience and where I wanna go with PE.
I just graduated from a university in London this summer, which in my final year, is where my PE journey had started. I had experimented with the newbie routine that I had found through a Google search. Till the bathmate and the gains of using that to pump was brought to my attention. So in winter 2015 I had started pumping and loved the girth gains the X30 had brought, which I still will incorporate now.
Unfortunately during my time at uni I had a few bad moments in life, losing my mother 30 days after my grandad (her father) died too, then losing my job after graduating which has forced me now to move back home which will make PE more difficult with privacy etc on the line.
But after joining TP and reading as many posts to answer all the questions I have, it seems length gains are more difficult to obtain with girthy individuals and it’s recommended to get all the length you need first. Which I will take into account with my journey and see if it does help and record my progress along the way.
Which is why I feel to take a more disciplined and rigorous approach to PE as a means of picking myself back up from these unfortunate events holding me back and using the time I have available whilst also looking for new work.
My routines will be based solely around:
Manual stretching - BTC, Bundled stretches, A stretch, Rotary Stretches
Pumping - Bathmate X30
Manual Girth exercises - Horse 440’s, SSJ ‘s, Isometrics, although I am always hungry for more intense exercises to create better girth.
5-6 days on and 1-2 days off
My approach will be to get all the length I can possible before turning to girth. I would appreciate any input on the best routine that can help me on my journey which will help others who are pressed for time and privacy like myself. My only times would be in the shower or a couple hours in the day so I would be aiming for efficiency and intensity.
I will work on getting measurements for the start of this journey as soon as I can but as an estimate my flaccid length is around 5” and stretched flaccid is 7” I think. More accurate measurements will be made for this.
As a target, I would basically like to be as long as a 500ml bottle of soda which is about 9.8” inches long and for girth I would probably aim to be as thick as I can get.
