Warmup 3-5 mins
Ease into Rotating tension stretch and holds x20-30 seconds x3 in five random directions
1-3 LIGHTx10-15 seconds fulcrum V stretches using wiffle ball bat
Jelq x150-200 @70-80%..2-5seconds per depending on feel
2-3ULIS @90%x20 seconds
3 doubles squeezes @90%x20 seconds
3-4 rotating stretches x15
Warm down 2 mins

Add occasional 10 min hanging set for variety and flaccid length
Take out squeezes and fulcrums occasionally
Add some v jelqs or jelq and stretches occasionally
Take break once in a while
