Adogg1's Routine

I started with the basic newbie routine, sometimes switching between the newbie routine described on this site and the one from matters of size. After approximately two months, I experimented with hanging 5 lbs. I did only hanging (5days on, 2 off) for two weeks. I felt like I got a good stretch from hanging, but I began to see some discoloration and the routine was inconvenient (required too much time). I have gone back to only manual exercises, but my routine now resembles the one described as Mem’s routine. I warm up, do manual stretches for 15 - 20 minutes, jelq for 15 - 20 minutes, and warm down. At some point later in the day I do A-stretches for another 15 - 20 minutes. For the future, I am going to stick with manual stretching and jelqing as the foundation of my routine, but I am also curious about ADS. My eventual goals are 7.00” nbpel x 5.5” eg.
