Hey guys! I stumbled upon this forum a while back and never gave it much thought. Then I randomly stumbled upon it again and read into it a little more. I realized people were making real lasting gains. And my dick is small! I think my BPEL is around 5” and I haven’t measured my girth (not sure exactly how you do it). So my erect dick shows about 4.25-4.5” long and pretty thin girth. This affects my life in so many ways. I have a lack of confidence around women. I feel I can’t pleasure any woman. I feel I’m not a man. I have this complex if I ever get into a relationship with a girl, and let’s say she has a shred of doubt about me and a shred of desire for her ex, she’ll think she made a big mistake and that I’ll never be able to satisfy her like others have. If I can’t pleasure her, I’ll always be looked at as worse than her others, and she’ll never be happy with choosing me. I understand some of this is irrational, but a lot of it has already been conditioned into my mind.

Sorry about the darkness, but that is my story and I’m determined to grow. I am overall a very determined and hardworking individual. I can and will stick with this. So let’s hope I can gain an inch in length over the next year or so. But my main focus is girth. If I can increase my girth to a relatively normal width, I’d be ecstatic. A lot of girls I know are most concerned with girth. So I’m doing the newbie routine and I’m going to stick with it for a while. I’m going to try my best to do my research, be safe, and take it slow. But once I get the hang of it, I’d love to have routines with a bunch of exercises that focus on girth. Are there specific exercises that have done the most for your girth, I’d love to know?

My journey begins today! I plan to be quite active in the community and a positive inspiration for everyone. I have a ruler in the mail from Amazon as we speak and will be posting starting pics and measurements once it arrives. Please post any realistic words of encouragement that you can, telling me of how my goals are achievable or similar cases where they reached their goals. I just want to be average!! Let’s do this!

It sounds as though you are off to the right start. Stick with the newbie routine for now. The jelqs will help you with the girth, but you will probably want to research other options for later. But just research, do not take on any advanced exercises until you have trained your penis with the newbie routine. I currently am just beginning a clamping regiment for girth. Something you may want to look into for the future. As far as measuring, read this: How to Measure Your Penis. It will tell you all you need to know about getting proper measurements and how to do them. Also take pictures. You don’t need to post them, but they are good to have for reference. Keeping posting in this progress log. It will help you stay focused and consistent. Lastly, don’t be afraid to reach out for help. There are a lot of great guys here willing to help make sure your PE journey is a successful one.

With PE you can gain not only inches but confidence as well.

I’m 5 days in. 3 days of actual exercising. I took an extra day off because I felt a slight pain in my lower left shaft. I feel like I put too much pressure on it early on. When I started back up today I felt it a tiny bit again in the same area. Then I took it really easy and it went away. I should probably take some more time off and learn a little bit more about this. Any insight? It kind of felt like I got hit in the balls but on my dick. It’s super mild but I need to be safe.

First day back from 3 days off from mild pain. Here is my progress report documentation for today:

Day 9, Saturday 2/18/17:
Tried to pull medium on the stretches, ended up pulling a tiny bit too hard. Felt a bit of uncomfortable tension (very mild) and lessened up a little and was fine. For jelqs, didn’t grab so deep on the base where I felt I was putting too much pressure on the veins. Before when I pulled up on jelqs, I would pull my skin and pubes up so I was grabbing some of my inside veins. Since I started an inch higher, I felt no pain. A little post-exercise pressure where the base connects to the pelvis.

Anyone get pain from grabbing too low on jelqs? I feel like I may not get the best results grabbing a bit higher on my dick versus going as low as possible. But right now I’m taking the extremely safe road.

Posting an update. Here are the details of my progress so far:

53 days in.
29 days on.
23 days off.

I went on vacation for 6 days and only did it once. That probably slowed my growth a great deal. I have not measured since the start but I am just posting to say I am sticking to this and to encourage others to do the same. So personally I had not noticed any real growth until this one night on my vacation (about 30 days in) where I was jacking off. I was looking at my erect dick and I couldn’t stop looking at it. I was like, “Damn it looks really fucking big (relative to my normal 4 incher of course ;) ).” The memory is fading but the feeling that this is working stayed. Since then I feel it has gone back to normal with maybe some extremely subtle gains. I am wondering if that time off during my vacation could have really slowed my growth so early on in my career. I will try to stay consistent moving forward.

Look at it as a deconditioning break. They can be taken anytime. You may lose a little, but these breaks can help you gain better when you come back to your routine. Our penises should be rested occasionally to repair themselves. We toughen them with our routines and our gains slow from this. Letting them rest, will allow it to become limber again and ready to continue your routine for better gains.

Also, isn’t that such a great feeling looking down and seeing a bigger dick? It amazes me still!!

Well the reality is I only noticed a bigger dick for 1 day. I haven’t really noticed much of a difference since. And should I really be deconditioning this early on in my journey? It’s so hard for me to do my training when I’m out of town. Thanks for the reply man.

You can take a deconditioning break anytime, as long as you have “the will” to hop back on. Sometimes life forces us, but if you’re determined, you won’t let it stop you from continuing. There are things you can do other than your routine to maintain as well. Edging plays a big roll for me. I don’t consider it part of my routine, but it’s a good way to get some expansion. There are also fowfers or stretching your dick between your ass cheeks and sitting on it. Another thing I always do are a few random piss and shower stretches. These are just light stretches, not to the intensity of those I’d do in my routine.

The main thing is to keep at it and don’t quit. With some of these small exercises, you are helping yourself remember that you are in training, even if you can’t be.

A few things:

make sure you warm up. CONSTANT HEAT

dont push too hard… its a game of trickery over time not a game of force.

take an ACCURATE measurement. it is not easy to take an accurate measurement so pick a style and stick with it.

Can you explain your edging technique? Do you just jerk off and when you’re about to cum, stop. And repeat? What does that do?
