Addict81's Routine

Beginners PE - 5 mins heating up using cloth soaked in warm water, 10 minutes jelqing at 30-80% erection, 5 minutes stretches in all directions, 5 minutes heating up using cloth soaked in warm water. 50 kegels with 5 seconds hold.

2nd Month: Extended jelqing period to 20 minutes and stretching to 10 mins.

Varied regime: 2 days on 1 day off. 3 days on 1 day off. 4 days on 1 day off.

Towel exercise every day - 4 sets of 10 reps

Break from PE for two weeks from last week of Feb 2014 to first week of March 2014. Will resume on March 10.

P.S<<< I measure my penis only when it is erect. I haven’t measured my flaccid penis. Please ignore what I entered for flaccid measurement.
