Just wanted to say that I’m officially a month in.. I was the biggest skeptic about PE and I’d like to officially say that “I’m am now a believer”.

The important thing to add is that guys should educated them selves before starting. Read the PDFs that are readily available online. Patients is key, and the results will show. My regimen was 1 day on and 1 day off.. Stretching and jelqing (20min) every second day.

I’ve official gained about 1/8th” in length and about 1/4” in girth. (this really surprised me.. I thought I would have a slim dick forever)

Anyway.. I’m pumped and I wanted to let everyone know.

Sept ‘17: 5-3/4” BPEL X 4-1/8” MSEG
Oct ‘17: 5-7/8” BPEL X 4-3/8” MSEG

Maybe post your routine so other Newbies can learn and veterans can help for more gains.

I’m not sure if it’s so much the routine as it is the little breakthrough I’ve had with my jelq technique. Maybe I can put together some kind of video. The jelq is based on a 70% hard.. When I get to the base gland I stop. Then with my other hand I apply pressure to the base of the penis. This pushes the walls of the penis outward completing one jelq.

Another trick is as I’m jelqing the second hand is pull the penis towards the base. Pulling through the jelqing hand like a rope. I try and full the 3 second rule(sometimes longer) to complete 1 jelq.

Jelqing at 70 to 90% is my only option. At 42, I still get erections like when I was 25.

One day on one day off..

I lost my measuring tape 2 weeks in. Just bought a new one lost night. So I couldn’t believe what it showed.. 1/4” girth increase!! I’m a happy man today. Never thought this was possible.. It’s hard on the head know that I had below average girth.

I have tricks for stretching as well, I’ll Post these at a later date. Have to get back to work.

Thanks for the advice. I’ll be sticking with these basic exercises until the gains stop. I’m very excited about the girth gains that I witnessed.. I can’t say this enough.

One question.. Does this mean that it will be easy for me to gain additional girth? When will I experience a plateau?

Can’t really be said as each person is different. I gain girth easily, but then again I also gain length easily enough. Other people have trouble gaining. So it depends on your own body and how consistent you are. With the Plateau, that also differs. I have never experienced a plateau personally. Only fake ones. (Like not gaining in a short period of time or something that I convinced myself was a plateau but actually was only unrealistic expectations) Other people struggle for months with plateau’s, so don’t even worry about that. Just keep doing what works. Nothing more, nothing less. And when it stops working, then adapt.

Deciding to used my thread as a personal log for any experiences that I’m learning from. Hopefully people can piece this log together and learn from these same experiences.
Just wanted to talk about how thin of a line it is to over-train. After 4 weeks in I got a little aggressive with my jelqing routine. I’m finding that now maybe I know too much for my own good. I’ve been doing allot of reading about the subject of PE. Good news is that I’m not in pain.. I’m only at the part of my penis telling me that you crossed a line. Listen to your body right?

So 2 nights ago is when I when a little hard with the jelqing. My mistake was that probably both that my session was too long and I jelqed while my penis was too hard. I can describe the pain as having very sensitive skin in that jelqing area and sharp little pains coming from the inside of the shaft. Today is the second day of what I think will be a 3 day rest. My guy is feeling much better today. The sensitivity in my skin has gone, as well as the sharp pains.(mostly anyway). During test days off I’ve been inducing an erections every 2 hours to make sure there is good blood flow. I should add that there are no problem having an erection, but I’m glad that no body is asking for sex.

Again this is day 2 of a 3 day break. I’ll likely keep the forced erections going throughout my break period. Also I’ll through in some light stretching tomorrow. Then in 2 day from now.. I’ll try a light routing to see where I’m at..

Just a little update on my issue.. Everything is fine, I’m back to my regular training. I’m much more aware of my jelqs and what my limits are.

I’ve ordered a cheep ebay extender. Just something to experiment with, without getting into a serious routine. I’m not really sure that I’ll be going in the direction of an extender. Plans are to wait and see what my gains will be after 3 months of manual exercise.

After reading many advice threads last week, I decided that it was a good idea to add heat for my warm up. Also I figure that at the 6 week mark that I would switch to a 2on - 1off schedule. For now I’ll be doing..
- 5 min warm-up
- 15 min stretching
- 40 min Slow jelq
- 5 min warm-down

I’ve been doing some edging on off-days. (not sure if this helps)

Someone let me know if they think that this is a little intense for someone that’s completing his 6 weeks of PE. I’m not showing any adverse signs.. So I’m proceeding as above.

Normally I’d say that routine looks like like a bit much for someone only six weeks into it. I’d typically recommend stretching for a total of 8 to 10 minutes and cut the time jelqing in half.

But if you’re gaining and your PI’s are still good, then, hey, don’t change anything.

Actually, I messed up on the time. I’ve only been jelqing 20 minutes.. I don’t know why I wrote 40?

This is what it should read.

- 5 min warm-up
- 15 min stretching
- 20 min Slow jelq 3-5 seconds
- 5 min warm-down

Like I said, if you’re growing and you have no negative PI’s, don’t change anything, keep doing what you’re doing.
