From what I can gather so far… Listen to the advice of the veteran PEers.
1. Find out what works for you. (JAI stretches worked for me)
2. Keep you body guessing. Change up you on and off day’s.
3. Don’t be afraid of taking 3 days off in a row. If that’s what your dick is telling you.
4. Learn and listen to your Dick. Feel what is going on inside while you are jelqing.
5. Read the PE bibles.
6. Discipline and Patience

Good luck man. It is certainly a game if learning about yourself.

I’ve been shocked to find many of the Thunders crew to be quite intelligent.

About the girth…. Now that I’m almost threw the first 3 months, I think I’m going to start hunting for girth. I’m starting with the lower level exercises and going to work my way up. It’s tempting to try clamping, but I don’t want to step up to quickly.

Hey Crusher, thanks. The input from you senior “members” is really appreciated. I haven’t heard of Xeno’s TT/TTr. I’ll check it out and add it to my future “repertoire”.

Yeah, I’ve been in tune with my morning wood as well. Since I’ve started PE, I’m noticing morning wood much more frequent. And rock hard now as well. Listen to your PI, right?

Clamping, although it’s very tempting is last on my list. My plans are to start with just the regular squeeze, then ULI, double ULI, horse 440…. then once the potential is done with all that I’ll move into the clamping. This will probably take 2 to 3 years (or more) to get through all of this….

Usually folks change the signature to reflect the name change so folks know at a glance.

Also, 3 months with .25” girth gain is more than adequate. Most struggle to see that in a years time. Patience is key. Gains aren’t often measurable from week to week. That, you need to mentally prepare for as gains taper off.

My current PE4F pumping project and my balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *9* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Thanks for the advice. I guess having that gain in the first month was fun, but I haven’t seen any girth gain since. I’ve been hoping for mostly girth. Don’t get me wrong, I’m great-full for every inch I get. It’s just me to ever think everything I do.

I’m actually working on a girth exercise that is similar to a squeeze and a ULI combined. It also used the 2 second rule as in JAI exercises…..

I’m using the “OK” grip to clamp near the base. Then with my other hand, I use my forefinger and thumb to squeeze my 100% erection to 110%. Each 2 second squeeze is done at a different location up the shaft. Along the sides and not on the glands. Right now I’m doing 2 sets of 10 reps. I’m starting slow just to see how my body responds.

This is my version of a JAI for girth.

FYI, I wouldn’t mind some feedback on what people think of this technique.

Now that I’m at the end of the 3 month mark and past my newbie gains. I find myself just as motivated as ever. I believe that I’ve learned what I need to know to proceed with PE in a healthy way. I’m a big believer in changing up the routine quite often. Even though I’ve been posting standard routines on this thread, I’ve been venturing and trying new things as well. With my normal manual routine… I’ve been experimenting with light extender and pump work. The thought is to extend the tissue and to keep it flexible and not making it tough. Manual PE will always be the bulk of my workout. Saying that… I always want to keep my body guessing and stimulated with new additions to my workout.

In the coming week I’ll be stepping forward with new stretching and girth type exercises. My focus remains girth, so I’ve be trying new variations on squeezes and ULIs. I’ve been measuring once a week and have notice my girth has been creeping up. Finding myself now between 4-3/8 and 4-1/2. 4-1/2 being my sort term goal. Plans are to start posting pictures in the picture thread. Feel free to check them out. I’m not shy about this…. I find it more of a medical or clinical thing. My aim with these pictures and thread is to motivate others that feel the same way I do about my penis.

Just passed the 3 month mark. I’m adjusting my workout to something like this….

JAI stretches through the day. 15 x bathroom break
- 5 min warm-up
- 15 min stretching (Down, Left, Right, Pendulum and V. 1 minute hold time)
- 25 min Slow jelq 3-5 seconds
- 3 Sets of 15, of a Squeeze variation. Clamping with one hand while the other squeezes the shaft in varying locations. Squeeze is held for 2 seconds, completing one rep.
- 5 min warm-down

Hey Mr. Thompson, Yeah. Like many, I’m using the “Progress Report” section of this website to keep a log of my workouts and progress reports. I find it’s a good and safe way of documenting.

This routine was an early version of what I’ve been doing. I’m learning go be more descriptive of my workout, but I find that it’s a very personal. I don’t want to lead anyone down the wrong path, so I’ll only get descriptive if something works. For instance jelqing…. I like to start with a low erection the progress to about 80%. Then I let it go back down and start over. I throw in some squeezes as the erection level gets higher.

Nice to see someone else remaining consistent with their workouts. I had a summer of clean dedication, lots of time, first semester o’ college fucked me up. Now, I’m all interested in getting back into it, and preferably at a much much slower rate and with more focus on jeqls and early conditioning.

Some questions for you:

Do your exercises really last that long? I’ve always found the warmup and warmdown times, along with the times stretched oddly precise. Everything for me has always been a rough time per say.

I’m currently doing the linear routine, and wanna follow it for another two weeks, and then start some basic 30 second direction based stretches. Do you have any suggestions on the force you should stretch with? I think when I first started off though I did gain I got more penis strength then penis stretch as I would have a decent amount of force. So what I’ve been thinking is light tugs from the start to a more moderate tug strength over time and only transition to higher force if I don’t see small gains after a couple weeks.

What’s your input on this, one freshie to another?

Sorry I’ve taken so long to answer. It’s been a busy couple of weeks.

To answer your questions…
My times have been fairly precise. Saying this… I’ve used time as a guide rather than counting jelqs and duration of stretch. I’ve used time as one of the ways to judge intensity. They always say to constantly increase intensity in one form or another. Sometimes I use the duration of an exercise as a way to increase. As I progress forward I’ll be stepping up to more advanced exercises to increase intensity.
To judge for for stretching… I will never stretch so hard that I feel pain. Now that I’m into my 4th month of PE I’ve notice that I can apply much more force and still not get into that area of pain. I apply this to all stretching except JAI stretches. Apparently JAI stretching is done with much lower force.

No gains between month 3 and 4. I’ve been ramping up the intensity of my linear routine, but still no change. I’m not discouraged though.

Instead of continuing with the linear routine, I’m going to rest a bit and then have a more relaxed regimen. I’ve been messing around with an extender. I’m able to get an awesome pull with this device, so I’ll continue down this route for a bit. Let’s see what happens.

Three weeks into my routine change. I’ve been staying away from the hardcore linear routine. Instead I’ve been working with an extender as a base exercise. Getting only about 1 to 1-1/2 hours per weeknight, plus misc. manual work. Approx. 10 of jelqing with stretches. There have been hints of growth… Last week I did measure a solid 6.25” post routine. I’m hoping to see this measurement stay. I will find out tomorrow. My posted measurements are always taken pre-workout.
