Abc_ixnay's Routine

- Hanging for 90 minutes. 3x30 or 2x45. 1 set in the morning, 1 or 2 sets in the evening.
- Light jelqing and firegoat rolls to encourage bloodflow.
- Then wear the Phallosan post hanging, for as long as practically possible.
