New Routine... I think ;)

So, after some playing around with different Routines/Times/Sequences/Reps/Hg/etc., I’ve decided to give this Routine ago for the next couple of weeks, and see how it goes:

10 mins warm up with a Microwave heating Pad.
4 mins stretching in all directions.
80 X 3 Second - Wet Jelqs.
Pumping: 2 mins @ 3Hg / 12 mins @ 4 Hg / 1 min @ 5Hg = 15 mins in Total.
60 X 3 Second light Wet Jelqs. = approx 3mins between sets.
7 mins clamping. (light Edging while clamped)
60 X 3 Second light Wet Jelqs. = approx 3mins between sets.
Pumping: 2 mins @ 3Hg / 12 mins @ 4 Hg / 1 min @ 5Hg = 15 mins in Total.
60 X 3 Second light Wet Jelqs. = approx 3mins between sets.
7 mins clamping. (light Edging while clamped)
40 X 3 Second light Wet Jelqs.
(Edging & warm down with fan heater if I have time).

Routine is completed with a fan heater (for constant heat) pointed towards my penis.

Routine takes approximately 70 mins (I will time it better tomorrow) to complete, excluding warm up, edging, warm down.

50 Kegels a day, and bed fowfers when I remember.

Another option was (and still is) to split pumping and clamping on alternative days. From what I’ve read, splitting pumping and clamping is not as hard on your penis. Doing both on the same day is definitely a more is more Routine. I may still do this some point in the future, as a change or to just to mix it up. However, at this point I’m going to give the above Routine a go for the next couple of weeks.Titleist suggested that the only way you are going to know if a Routine works, is by giving it a go for a couple of weeks, which I think is good advice.

Now time was one of the issues I had to deal with when putting together a Routine… 60 mins being really where I wanted to be, (excluding warm up, edging, warm down).

Getting the above Routine down close to that time was done by reducing stretching at the start to only 4 mins. I also reduced the amount of time between pumping and clamping from 5 mins to 3mins. Edging will only be completed on days when I have some extra time.

I reduced the time in the pump from 20 mins to 15 mins, and found that this made a big difference in the amount of fluid build up. I will no longer pump up to 6 Hg, and may even stop pumping up to 5 Hg in the future.

I decided on the 7 min clamping time, (based on the recommendation that 10 mins is the safe time limit), for some room for safety. I’m also getting over 1/4” expansion with this time, and 10 mins didn’t seem to give me anymore.

I think the best schedule for this work out is 1 on / 1 off. Girth is what I’m chasing, and this seems to be the best schedule for that. I only want another 1/4” or so in length, which I’m sure I’ll pick up over time

Over the next week or 2, I’ll be able to follow this schedule, but unfortunately it’s going to difficult to fit into my life schedule. Mon & Tue on / Wed off /Thur & Fri on / Sat & Sun off is a better schedule for me. Put I’ll try and do 1 on / 1 off when possible.

Good question Lenny.

Now as far as drying out my penis goes, this doesn’t seem to be a problem, as I generously use olive oil during my Routine, except at the start while stretching.

I should also clarify by what I mean by constant heat and how it is related to my new Routine.

The fan heater is placed under my desk, with a small cardboard box placed under the front feet, which elevates the front of the fan heater, aiming it towards where my genitals would be when seated. The fan heater can produce some considerable heat, so with my feet, while sitting, I can move the box and heater forward and back, thereby increasing the amount of heat directed towards my genitals.

What I have to be careful with is the amount of heat directed towards my penis during specific exercises.

While pumping, I have the heater quite close, with the bottom outside of the tube getting very hot, sometimes so hot that I can’t touch it for more than a few seconds. Luckily, the full heat of the outside doesn’t go all the way to the inside (Thickwall cylinder), but I usually move the heater away when the cylinder gets very hot, and bring it back again when the cylinder is at a safer heat. So far, (touch wood) I haven’t burnt my penis in the cylinder yet, but the risk is always there.

Jelqing and stretching with the fan heater isn’t a problem, since I’m standing and my hands give protection from the direct flow of air hitting my penis.

Clamping is different. I clamp while standing and sitting, and my glans are exposed and are not the best at judging heat. I some time touch them, and find them getting a little warm, so move slight back from the fan heater.

I prefer PEing with a fan heater, compared to a electric heating pad, because I can always see my penis. However, I do use an electric heating pad to pre heat my cylinder before using it, as well as in the summer for Pumping, when the heat of a fan heater would be unbearable.

In winter, the fan heater also keeps the ambient temperature of the room nice and warm, to the point sometimes I’m sweating.

I hope this clarifies my usage of constant heat as well as answers your question Lenny. :)

Fan heater tends to dry out the skin and the lubricant. As long as you keep constantly moist, no harms done on the long run.

I’ve never really thought about it before. I guess I’ve been lucky, since I usually reapply the olive oil at the start of each exercise.

I’ll now pay closer attention…

New Routine Observations

I’ve been doing my New Routine now for nearly 4 weeks now, and these are my observations so far.

1 day on / 1 off is necessary, as I’ve found the Routine to be very intense. My penis is still sore the next day, so a day off for recovery is necessary. I think some soreness is a good sign that what you are doing is having some effect, just like training any other body part. If you are not a little tender after working out, you’re just playing around.

Discolouration has come back, mainly around the foreskin. My foreskin just doesn’t like pumping. However, fluid build up has reduced around my foreskin and under my glans since reducing the time in the cylinder to 15 mins, from 20 mins. If I do try and do 2 days in a row, fluid build up increases a lot on the second day.

P.I.’s are great, even though I’m a little sore at times. I’m getting a really good flaccid hang / pump, which seems to hang around for most of the day. Morning wood has also been occurring more often than before, as well as nocturnal erections. I’ve even had a couple during the day, which hasn’t happened for a long time.

The Routine is taking between 70 and 80 mins, depending on the time I have at hand. I’ve tried to add another minute or so between sets, as I think 3 mins is probably a little short. But available time is the limiting factor as always.

Measurements after the Routine are 8” BPEL X 5.8” MSEG. Flaccid is around 6” BPFL after the Routine, which reduces throughout the day. So I’m getting some good expansion, as well as still been able to get a near 100% erection after the Routine, with a little help from Porn. ;)

Having sex a couple of hours before the workout is not a good idea for me. I don’t feel the full benefit, and struggle to maintain erections. My penis just feels tired. So I’m trying to schedule my sex life around rest days… but if it’s on offer, I’m not going to turn it down.

I also workout at the gym, (home gym) straight after I’ve finished my Routine. I would prefer not to do this, as it has an effect on my Flaccid hang, reducing it while I workout. It does come back a little after the shower, but I’d prefer to maintain it a little longer after my Routine. Unfortunately, my timetable doesn’t allow me to separate these activities.

I’m going to try and continue with this Routine until Easter, when I’ll measure. So at this stage, indicators are good.

Update:

So, after about 12 weeks of my new Routine, my MSEG has gained slightly, and my BEG has increased by 0.2”. I’m pretty happy about the BEG gain, and I guess I can contribute it to the clamping. MSEG is obviously going to be a very slow process, but it’s definitely going in the right direction, so I can’t complain. Length has remained the same, and since I’m chasing girth, I’m happy just to maintain it. Glans girth is around 6” still, which is my goal girth, so I’m not too worried about measuring it.

I’ve increased my clamping time to 9 minutes per set, and I’m getting some good expansion, 6.1” BEG, 6” MSEG at the end of the last set, while still clamped. I’ve been clamping fully closed, and have broken 2 clamps over the last 12 weeks. I’ve reduced the clamping force by one click now, and seem to be getting the same expansion, if not more.

I’ve also started going commando (around the house), to try and increase my flaccid hang. Unfortunately, I train at the gym straight after my PE session, which means I have to where some supporting briefs for support. Also, working out after PEing, works against maintaining a plump penis. That’s life I guess.

I also had a break from the supplements for a week, to give the body time to have a clean out. Interesting during that time my allergies came back a little, itchy throat / eyes, runny nose. Went back on them, and after 4 days I was all good again.

I’m still doing a one on / one off schedule. Most weekends I take 2 days off, as I find this Routine pretty hard core, and need the rest days. Discolouration is always a factor, bordering on bruising. I hear people talk about a few red spots… well I’m far passed that. My foreskin just doesn’t like pumping.

I will continue with this Routine, while I’m still gaining. I may take a week off over the Easter break, to give the old fella a break… he is a looking a little battered.

Quick Update

So…. after 3 months of my clamping and pumping I have now broken 3 cable clamps… that’s one a month for those without a calculator. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m clamping too tight, or because I have a super human penis. I’ve now dropped another click, and am now 2 clicks short of the maximum pressure. I hope this will resolve the problem.

I’m now PEing and training at the gym on alternative days, which helps maintain my after PE expansion. I was training at the gym straight after PEing, which had a unfortunate affect on my flaccid size.
I plan on continuing with my Routine until July, and then consider my next move.

July Update

Well, I’ve been at my Pumping / Clamping Routine for about 6 months now. I’ve gained a little bit of girth over that time, BEG 0.2”, MEG 0.1”, and about 0.1” BPEL.

I’ve been pretty constant over that time, only having a break over Easter for about a week. Out of 175 days, I’ve PEd for 80 of them. Most PE days, I get 2 sets of pumping and clamping in, but sometimes, if time is short, only one set of both.

Over the last month or so, I’ve been experimenting with increasing the vacuum for 10 seconds to 8 Hg, and then releasing it back down to 4 Hg. I do this probably 6 times over each set. I’ve noticed it has increased the length in the tube by about 0.1” while at 8 Hg. While I’m at 8 Hg, I’m at about 8.3” BPEL in the Tube.

I’m clamping at one click short of the max again, and haven’t broken any more clamps since the last post. I’m probably also clamping for around 10 mins a set now.

Discolouration is still a bitch. My penis skin is looking pretty battered, especially after PE. I have to hide it from my wife, or she’d probably take me to the doctors. The next day, it’s looking a lot better… but definitely still there.

I’ve been back into porn again, though only during PE sessions (more or less) to help increase intensity. I don’t like how it creeps back up on you. Luckily, I’ll be giving the porn a break over the next couple of months, as I won’t have the opportunity to watch it because of other activities I’ve got on.

I’ll also probably have a month or so off of PE over July / August. I’ll have a break from the supplements too.

I’ll be having a think over the break, at what I’ll be doing when I get back into it in September. :)

Back to the Grind

So, the last couple months I haven’t been very consistent. I had 2 weeks off mid July, 3 weeks off in August, and the first week of September off.

But now I’m back into my Routine again, with a couple of changers, here or there:

10 mins warm up with a Microwave heating Pad.
4 mins stretching in all directions.
120 X 3 Second - Wet Jelqs.
Pumping: 20 mins @ 4 Hg / increasing the vacuum for 10 seconds to 8 Hg, approximately 10 times over the 20 mins.
60 X 3 Second light Wet Jelqs. ~ approx 4 mins between sets.
10 mins clamping. (light Edging while clamped)
40 X 3 Second light Wet Jelqs.
(Edging & warm down with fan heater if I have time).

Routine takes approximately 50 mins, excluding warm up, edging, warm down.

1 on / 1 off.

50 Kegels a day, and bed fowfers when I remember.

When I have some extra time, I may include another set of pumping, and clamping. Pumping sets will only be 15 mins each though, as I get too many spots/discolouration/fluid build up.

I will still be around the forum most days, (trying my best not to get dragged into stupid shit), updating my progress report, and posting in the Dive, since it’s pretty laid back, anything goes, and everyone that posts in the dive is just looking for a laugh, like me.

Clamping Wrap

Just thought I’d share my clamping wrap with everyone. There’s a lot of discussions about different ways to wrap, and after some trial and error, I’ve come up with this.

The wrap is some foam that is used for sealing windows, etc. It’s about 5mm thick / 20mm wide, and has a sticky side, which I stick to the clamp surface. I’m careful not to make it too long, so that it doesn’t bunch up at the hinge or where it clicks shut.

The hinge is placed at the bottom of the penis, and where it clicks shut, on the top. Most of the pressure is on the sides, with a 6mm space between the foam at the top, where it clicks shut, allowing the dorsal vein to go through.

Since I use olive oil as lube, I find that the sticky side of the foam doesn’t last too long, (maybe a month or less) before it starts coming loose. I therefore use electrical tape to help keep it in place longer. I always make sure the clamp is free of olive oil before putting some more foam.

I shut it off to 1 or 2 clicks short of the max.

For me, this is the best set up because I don’t have to piss about with wraps, which I could never get right. They would bunch up or something, and by the time I got it right, my erection was well and truly gone.
