Update

So, it’s been a couple of months since my last update.
As I’ve said in previous posts, I’ve been away from home for about 10 weeks. 4 of those weeks I had a break, as doing any form of PE was impossible. The other 6 weeks, I managed a one on / one off routine (detailed in the post before) in the shower.
On my return in early September, I began my stretching / Jelqing / Pumping again. Over the first 3 weeks, I slowly built up to the following Routine:

10 min warm up with microwave heating pad.
Light Stretches in all directions (30 sec hold) X2
80 medium grip Jelqs (70% erection level).
12 mins in the cylinder (1st 5mins at 3hg, 2nd 5mins at 4hg, 3rd 2mins at 5hg)
80 medium grip Jelqs (70% erection level) - to get the blood moving.
12 mins in the cylinder (1st 5mins at 3hg, 2nd 5mins at 4hg, 3rd 2mins at 5hg)
80 medium grip Jelqs (70% erection level) - to get the blood moving.
5 mins of Edging (depending on time available)
10 min warm down with microwave heating pad.
50 kegels a day.
Training Days:- 4 days on (Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri).

The last week of September I took a week off because of injury. I think I squeezed a little too much at the base while jelqing, digging a finger into the lower shaft. (wasn’t concentrating, trying to multitask at the time). I felt a little pain, took a week off… better safe than sorry. All is good now.

In October I’ve increased my time in the cylinder to the following:

15 mins in the cylinder (1st 8mins at 3hg, 2nd 5mins at 4hg, 3rd 2mins at 5hg)

I’ve found that at 5hg at longer periods of time, I start getting small blood spots on my shaft / glans. So 5hg for 2 mins is what I plan on keeping for the near future. Rest of the Routine is the same.

I’m planning on doing a measure up in the start of November, after one year of PEing. I’m not expecting any real increases since last time I measured, because of the ups and downs over the last 3 or so months. However, there are some positive indicators, so I’m feeling optimistic about the future. :)

Update After One Year of PEing

Well… as I said in the last post, I wasn’t expecting any outrageous gains since my Newbie gains dried up.
My Stats at present:

BPEL 7.6”
NBEL 7”
BEG 5.5”
MEG 5.4”
UpperEG 5.4”
GlansEG 5.8”

BPFL 5”
FG 4.53”
GlansFG 4.9”

To sum up, I’ve gained from the last time I measured, 0.1” BEG, 0.1” GlansEG, and my BPFL appears to spend more time around the 5” mark these days(4.75” on a bad day). My Glans have seemed to respond well to PE, with some surprising gains over the year. I just wish the rest of my shaft would follow suit. :)

In the future I will write a post about my measuring technique, which I’m sure like many of you, can be frustrating at times.

I have also measured at the end of my Routine.

I know these are temporary gains from pumping, but does show expansion and potential.

So, how do I feel about the gains, and my penis these days?

After a year of PEing, and being a member of this great community Thunders, I’m feeling a lot more confident about my size. The more I’ve read, the more I’ve understood that I definitely don’t have a problem in the penis department. I’m not sure whether I need anymore size, as I think my wife is a good fit. However, I do plan on continuing, for myself, to see what my potential is, as I do enjoy, as well as find interesting this ability to increase the size and health of my penis. I’ve always lived a healthy lifestyle, and this is just an extension of that. I just hope the wife can keep up with me. ;)

Increase Pumping Time

I have increased the pumping time in my Routine to the following:

18 mins in the cylinder (1st 5mins at 3hg, 2nd 10mins at 4hg, 3rd 3mins at 5hg)

I’ll slowly increase it to 20 mins over the next month, which will be my new max.
I’ve also started doing the Bed fowfers a bit more religiously… trying to do them for 5 mins before sleeping at night, and again in the mornings when I wake.
50 kegels a day, more or less.

My penis is becoming more conditioned to PE.
Penis indicators and EQ are good… morning wood seems to appear every morning.
I have some slight penis discolouration, but this is not too much of a problem.

I am still taking the supplement cocktail. Last week I increased the L-Arginine by another 1000mg.

Taken in the Morning:
Ginseng 1000mg
Maca 600mg
Guarana 200mg
L-Arginine 150mg
Canela 150mg
Zinc 10mg
Vitamin A

How lean are you in terms of bodyfat? Are you lean enough to see you abs without flexing? I ask because I see you have a .5” fat pad.

Yeah, I’ve always been into fitness some way or another. When I was younger, I use to have around 6% body fat (measured by outside callipers at the gym)… skin and muscle. I’m in my 40’s now, still working out, and still looking pretty good… if I may say so myself ;)

Update: L-Arginine and heat.

The increased in L-Arginine by another 1000mg seems to have done the trick. My flaccid seems to be more heavier than usual. I guess I wasn’t taking enough. I will continue taking it until christmas, then have a break from it for a couple of weeks. (cycling).

I’ve also started to pre heat my cylinder before pumping. I noticed that when I was putting my penis in, the cylinder was cold, and because the cylinder wall is quite thick (it’s a thickwall cylinder) it took most of my session before the cylinder started to warm up inside. Even then, the temperature inside was nothing compared to the outside, (I direct a fan heater towards the cylinder, so the outside gets quite hot). Also at the end of the session, my penis didn’t feel very warm… a little concerning.

Since I’ve started pre heating the cylinder, I’ve noticed a 1/16” increase in length while in the tube, (I always measure while I’m in the cylinder to check expansion).

I have an electric heating pad which I use to pre heat the cylinder. Now, instead of wrapping the pad around the cylinder, I roll it up like a newspaper (not too tight, and without any sharp bends) and insert it inside the cylinder. I leave it like this for around half an hour. I think this is better than wrapping it around the cylinder, as you want the heat inside, not out. This obviously doesn’t work when your penis is inside the cylinder, but makes sure the cylinder is nice and warm when you start. Heat is the key, (which has been written about here at Thunders many times), and I truly believe the more you can get during PE, (without cooking or burning you penis) the better.

I’m still working on perfecting the heating side of things, but my penis is feeling warmer when released from the cylinder.

I’ve also being playing around with 5 days a week when I can (2 days on, 1 off, 3 days on, 1 off). Penis is feeling good right now, since I’ve improved the heating. I’ve even started to touch the cylinder a little in some new places. I’m getting some discolouration, especially around the foreskin, but most of it disappears after a day or two. The glans are looking good, no spot or anything… except pissing can be a challenge :D

So, I plan on giving it a good go until christmas, to see if I can get the girth moving a little… ;)

Update:

I’ve been pretty constant with my routine over the past couple of months now. I’ve averaged over 4 times per week, with a maximum of 2 days break between training days, and a maximum of 3 days in a row training.

My routine has been the same as outlined in the most current posts, except that I’ve increased the time in the tube to 20 mins now, ( 3Hg 5 mins / 4Hg 12 mins / 5Hg 3 mins). I’m also doing 6Hg for 10 sec at the end of the time in the tube to give it a bit of a nudge before releasing the vacuum. I’ve also continued with vitamin stack as well, (except for the Lecitin, which I’m not to bothered about, but may start again soon).

P.I.s and EQ are good, but nothing amazing either… I thing I’m pretty much at the limit for what is beneficial for me. I still get morning woods, but not everyday… though to be fair, I’m in my 40’s, so can’t complain too much ;)

After I finish my routine, my penis feels tired, and a good inch or so of my foreskin looks like its done a couple of rounds with Mike Tyson. However, by the next day, 90% of the discolouration has disappeared. I don’t get any spotting on the glans, and they always seem to keep a healthy pinky colour, so I think everything is good… but I’ve definitely found my limit as far as pumping goes.

So, I measured the other day, and what do you know… 0.1” gain in MEG, and nearly another 0.1” in length. Not bad for a couple of months of being constant, and pushing a bit harder.

I’ve measured twice over the past couple of weeks, always 24 hours after my routine, to be consistent. It will be interesting to see if these gains continue. I’m going to probably take a week off over xmas, and then get back into the routine, until the gains stop… then maybe… just maybe, look into clamping… we’ll see. ;)

New Year Update

Over the 2 week Xmas break, I managed to do 4 days of my normal Pumping Routine, and 2 days of only manual work in the shower for 30 minutes… enough to keep things going, I think.

After been asked a few times about my fat pad, I think it maybe slightly more than I first thought. I guess things slowly creep up on you over time. I’m guessing it’s more around 0.6”, (or more :eek: ) than my first estimate of 0.5” (I know, it all sounds a little anal, but I want to be honest). In my younger days it was closer to zero, so for me personally, a bit of a change. I’m guessing now that I’m well into my 40’s, my metabolism is now starting to slow down. I’m think of increasing my gym time to 4 times a week, from my 3 times which seemed to be enough to maintain what I had before. Next time I measure, I’ll be looking a little closer at the difference between BPEL and NPEL.

Now, in regards to pumping, I’ve always been a little unsure/concerned if the length gains in the cylinder were from the entire penis stretching under vacuum, or the glans deforming under vacuum. My thought process was, that if the vacuum is only elongating the glans, it would not be stretching the shaft, which is where I really want the stretch. If in fact, it was only elongating the glans, deforming the penis in the long term, would it not therefore reduce the girth of my glans as well. So, to try and understand exactly where the length increase is coming from, I’ve started to measure. When I first enter the cylinder, at 3 Hg, I take a measurement from the top of the flange of the cylinder to the bottom ridge of the glans, and another to the tip of the glans. I then measure at the end of the pump set (the same way as the start). The measurements are as follows:

Starting:
Tip of Glans: 19.2cm
Bottom ridge of glans: 13.8 cm

Finishing:
Tip of Glans:19.8 cm
Bottom ridge of glans: 14.3 cm

So from the data, it would appear that most of the stretch is coming from the shaft, which is a relieve, as I’m happy with the shape of my penis.

Measuring

As I’m sure you have all worked out, measuring your penis consistently is a right pain in the ass. There are just so many variables, and being an engineering/technical sort of person I am, it really drives me mad. I’ve basically given up trying to work out what my flaccid is doing. It seems to spend more time bigger than when I first started… which is positive, but that’s all I’m sure about.

Now, with the erect dimensions. I always measure 24 hours after my Routine, standing up, penis parallel to the floor. I usually watch some porn, to help stimulate a 100% erection, and lightly edge for 10 minutes or so, to make sure it’s fully erect.

I have a plastic ruler that I have cut down to zero, and slightly rounded the edges. I always measure from the same place, Bone pressed, on top, 0.25” to the right of centre, and 0.25” above the penis base.

I always take the maximum measurement I can get. Then there’s no cheating or variation… the maximum is the maximum. My way of thought is that if you can’t possible get any more, then the next time you measure and there is an increase from last time, then there really is an increase.

The same principle for the MSEG. I think for consistency, measuring from the same point, and the same way is very important to chart gains.

I’ve also had a week off the supplement cocktail, except for the L-Arginine. I’ve run out of the other things, as I haven’t been to the Shopping Centre since before Xmas. Hopefully Saturday I’ll have time to stock up.

In regards to going to the gym 4 times a week, reality has kicked in, and unfortunately with my busy lifestyle I think I’m just going to have to live with 3 for now.
