Now on to a different subject… there’s been some talk on Thunders about taking in account your partners wants, when deciding your goals.

Now for me, this is not an easy thing to find out. My wife of over 10 years has never spoken about the size of my penis. She says she is happy, cums like a freight train… and so, I have no reason to disbelieve her.

But… now that I’m a stealth PE’er, I wanted to try and find out, in a skilful way, whether there is any room for improvement. I did ask her a month ago if size matters, and she said as long as it isn’t the size of a peanut, she doesn’t mind.

Now, if my wife found out I was PEing, she would think I was a real retard…

So come today. While lying in bed with her this morning, slightly comatosed, I thought I’d easy into the subject… test the waters you might say.

I said to her, ¨I’m thinking about doing some kegels to help improve my EQ, what do you think???¨

She said, ¨well I guess anything which improves yourself (in general) must be good.¨

I said, ¨it might make it a little fatter as well…. would that be a problem????¨

She said ¨well I’d prefer if your body got a little fatter, but I guess it would be ok¨.

Then she started laughing, ¨I was just picturing you sitting down, hanging weights off your dick¨. (I’m not shitting you!!).

I said, ¨now that would be funny, ha ha ha¨. :eek:

So I guess that I have the green light… sort of. :angel:

I’ve taken a weeks break from supplements I started about a month ago, (L-Arginine 1000mg, lecithin 500mg, Zinc 10mg). I’ve read that taking a break now and then is good.

I’ll be posting new stats in a few days.

I try and do about 100 kegels a day. They are getting easier now, as I can hold them for longer than I did at the start. I think I’ll need a bit more practice before I master them though. :)

I’m a bit late on my monthly update, because of Christmas, etc.

My routine for my second month of PE has not changed significantly from the beginning of the month. I have increased Wet Jelq to 120, and do them all in one set. I have also increased the number of Kegels slightly.

I feel it is more than enough, and anymore at this stage could result in overtraining and/or injury. I therefore intend to continue this Routine for the near future.

4th Dec to 4th Jan Routine.

5 min warm up in Shower
Stretches: 2 Rep - Down / Left / Right / out / up / 30 sec hold each / finished with 1 min stretch down.
Wet Jelq: 1 Set of 120 / 3 sec each
Jelq squeezes: 10 Sets of 4 Jelq squeezes while holding the base.
Stretches: 1 Rep - Down / Left / Right / out / up / 30 sec hold each / finished with 1 min stretch down.
5 min warm down in Shower.
2 sets of 60 Kegels during the day.

Training days have not followed an exact schedule, because of Christmas, etc. I have however, managed to do 20 days over the past month.

My starting Stats (4th Nov) are as follows:
BPEL 7” / 17.8cm
MS-EG 5.28” / 13.4 cm
Gland-EG 5.28” / 13.4 cm

4th Dec stats are as follows:
BPEL 7.25” / 18.4cm
MS-EG 5.4” / 13.7 cm
Gland-EG 5.55” / 14.1 cm

Present Stats (4th Jan) are as follows:
BPEL 7.35” / 18.7cm
MS-EG 5.4” / 13.7 cm
Gland-EG 5.6” / 14.2 cm

I’m not going to record my floppy size, as like many here, there is just too much variation. However, I do think it has improved in size, and seems to spend more time bigger than smaller.

EQ is good, and continuing to improve. So, 0.1¨ increase in length over the past month, and slight increase in Gland-EG, I’m going to put down to improved EQ. No other measurable increases.

After my weeks break from supplements (actual ended up being 2 weeks), I’ve started up again, (L-Arginine 1000mg, lecithin 500mg, Zinc 10mg). I eat a very good diet, so I don’t think I need to over do it on supplements.

I did however read an interesting thread the other day about an allergy cure, using a quercetin/bromelain combo. Threads name: Noticeable benefit from vitamin/mineral supplements? Poster: gprent. May have a better look into it in the future.

Back into to my old training schedule, that I did before Christmas. Mon Tue Thur Fri on / Wed Sat Sun off. I feel 4 days a week is enough for me, and suits my lifestyle. Also, the 2 days off I feel is beneficial.

Regardless of what it does for your EQ, right now wound healing is noticeably faster (scratches etc), peripheral blood flow seems better, and most importantly I dream almost every night. I have no clue how this happened, but I dream 9 out of 10 nights, never a nightmare, and remember most of it when I wake up. Damn entertaining, damn cool, and again, I have no bloody idea. But I like it. I’m using 30mg per day.

About your training schedule: it seems very good. Rest days are equally as important as training days.

Always great to hear from you. I have really enjoyed reading your posts over the past few months, which are very informative. I also see your a moderator now… which I think is well deserved. It’s great to get a fresh approach from someone young and motivated, (not that I’m saying the other moderators are old or anything :eek: , no no please… not the hot poker again :cutlass: :moon: ).

I also saw an increase in ejaculation, before I stopped over the Christmas break.

The Arginine also helped my bowel movement, which I’m not sure I really needed… :eek: .

I’m thinking of increasing my zinc dosage to 20mg a day, to see how it goes. Maybe get some of those dreams you’ve been talking about…. they sound pretty cool.

Yeah, I’m not entirely sure how that happened. I was just jelqing along and suddenly I was taken to this magical light paradise called Modeatherium. I’m still learning what I am supposed to do, but I do think you need to be reported for calling the other mods old… unmotivated…

Now that you mention it, it might be that Arginine did the same thing to my bowels too. Frigging tree logs, man.

A bit of a mid-month update.

I’m starting to get the feeling that the newbie gains are slowly coming to an end. I’m not complaining, as EQ has improved, and I’ve got some decent gains. End of the month measurements will tell the story.

I’m not worried, as I feel I have been very conservative with my Routine to date, so there is still plenty of room to increase intensity. I’ve been reading a great deal about the different options available, but will continue with my old Routine until the end of the month before changing anything.

Whenever I go to bed shitheeled drunk, or drugged I always have either very strange dreams, or nightmarish ones. My friend was on a nicotine patch, but said he got off of it as they cause him bad dreams. Thank god I do neither of these anymore.

Nah, zinc gives me good dreams man. Last night I met an old friend of mine in his parents summer house while all around us the zombie apocalypse was happening. So we sit down and have tea while looking at the cartoon zombies. You know, casually discussing school stuff. It was funny as hell.

Call it strange, call it unexplainable. Never dreamed this much random stuff since taking Zinc. And not one single nightmare!

Skygod2016: newbie gains are something for the first month(s) only, but they are the gains that keep us going. Let us know when you measure!

Yes Master Poon, (or should I call you Master Poontang) I remember back in the day, when I was chasing around any Poontang with a heart beat, & consuming various stimulants, there was definitely some interesting dreams going on. I also remember waking up next to a few nightmares as well. :eek:

And Mister CerealGuy, as always a pleasure to read your entertaining, and informative posts… but I am starting to think that those dreams you have (as well as entertaining posts) have more to do with the Exotic Mixture of Prescription Drugs handed out to all Medical Students… than the zinc… :warp:
