I like the light routine that you are doing. I’d stick with it for another week or so then slowly start to ramp things up. The key is to gradually increase things. Within two to three weeks after your decon break, depending upon your PI’s, try getting things back to where you were before. By then, your unit will be adjusted once again to working out and you’ll be ready to start gaining again.

This way of doing things has worked for me. Good luck!

Should I take three weeks off from Pe????
And get back to PE’ing again after no PE for three weeks????

I meant that you should ease into things for two to three weeks after starting back up again and then go back to your routine from before your decon break.

So you’ve taken your decon break and you’ve started back up again. I’m saying to ease into your workouts for two to three weeks before you get back to doing your previous routine. There’s no need to stop PE’ing at this point, you’re only a couple weeks back into it after your break.

Once you get back into your full routine, I’d do that for 6 to 8 weeks, then take a week off. And start the cycle again.

Also, I’d take at least one and maybe even two month long decon breaks per year.

You’ve made some great progress, keep it going friend.

Just to be clear, you’ve now done 5 light workouts since you came back from your decon break. I’d keep it light for another 5 workouts then increase to where you were before your decon break. And keep at it for 6 weeks or so before taking a one week break.

Gonna take a one week off from PE after my 6 weeks of PE’ing.

And restart again with my light routines.

I think I’m gaining and I really feel my dick in it’s flaccid state is heavier warmer and my balls hang heavier lower really low and thicker too.

I feel my dick is really totally different than before alot.
Especially in it’s erect state I notice it more
in it’s flaccid state I notice too.

Clearly, what you’ve been doing is working for you. I wouldn’t change anything until gains start to slow or your PI’s turn negative.

Yeah I wouldn’t change anything clearly everything is working and I’m gaining.

Ok, definitely I will keep posting and tell if theres a change.

I will keep everyone posted and updated with my progress.

Currently I dont want to measure at all so I dont get disappointed if there have been no gain.
