Ok today is my rest day noticed that my penis have some white tiny spots i think it was caused after yesterday’s workout.
There’s something which was bothering me too my testicles now i know this thread is not any related with testicle business but i thought i needed help.
My testicle skin have become very dry and shiny like crystal.
It’s freaking the hell out of me.
Yesterday i heated with a very hot towel along the lamp.
I need help could that be the reason which caused it and i took a shower later at night the water was cold.
Hope if someone have gone through the same experience to help me.
If this persists i dont think i can PE until it fades.
Also guys do you think it’s better if i stop warping the hot towel around my testicle and just warp it around my dick only.

Correction guys what i meant was my scortum is dry upwards from my dick until the downward tip of my scortum which is not dry like the other part of the scortum. The funny thing is i had morning wood but i didnt feel any kind of pain in my scortum area.

Try utilizing coconut oil with your workouts. Keeps my unit moisturized and soft.

I wouldn’t use any type of hot wrap or heat on your testicles. Just your dick. It’s not good for your potency/sperm count etc. I know it’s hard to avoid, but avoid it as best you can. When I am warming up i use a heating pad and I wrap my cock and then press it into my fat pad to warm up my ligs as well.

Me and my wife can’t have any more kids and I still avoid my balls!!

Yeah i just couldn’t avoid the hot wrap on my scroum as it felt really nice and warm.
But of course i’m not gonna repeat that mistake twice.
Yeah i’ll just press the hot wrap into my fat pad as i always did it my workout sessions.

Today my scrotum is looking back to normal smooth skin.

That’s great! It’s probably a good thing it happened where it was so minor because if your skin hadn’t of got dry you wouldn’t have asked the question in the first place about how to fix it. And who knows you could have went months heating your balls and unknowingly killing your sperm!

Yeah you’re right kooljake57.
Its good that it happened maybe i would’ve become impotent killing my sperms through heating my balls without knowing thank God it happened.
Know as much as i can i’ll avoid my scrotum and apply the extra heat which my scrotum was reciveing onto my dick maybe it ‘ll help more with my heating session and with my gains in the long run.

Tomorrow is my 33 day since i started PE.
A month and 3 days.
Tomorrow is my 4th day rest.
Gonna continue my workouts on tuesday.
Honestly i’ve been getting erections and semi erections almost every time especially today a morning wood.
I get now and then erections out of nowhere.
I believe that resting is the key rather than exercising intensely for a whole week without enough rest.
Maybe because i’m resting more than i do my workouts my unit is healing more and erections are coming out of nowhere.
My current routine is as follows:

2 min hot towel wrap along with lamp

10 stretches
3 min hot towel wrap along with lamp

20 mins warming up through a combination of hot towel wrap and lamp

10 mins streching

10 mins jelqing(7 second
very slow jelq)

5 mins hot wrap hot towel along with lamp.

15 mins warming down again a combination of hot towel wrap and lamp.

Hope this is good a little addition to the newbie routine.

Hope it’ not intense but light routine.

Gonna take a week off.

My scrotum is feeling normal again but my dick have become dry just like my scrotum was days ago.

Guys do i count my week off as PE days or when i start next week again doing PE should i start counting.

Reached 5.5 Bpel

I have reached 5.5 BPEL yesterday when i was measuring my dick.

I’m not gonna say that i’m sure it’s final but i’ll measure after my week off from PE.

When i was measuring that’s when i discovered that my dick have become dry just like my sortum was 2-3 days ago.
