Rest day

Today i took rest day i felt that i should rest today to let my penis recover.

Gonna resume tomorrow if everything looks good.

Today is my 3 day of resting tomorrow gonna resume my Newbie routine workout.

I felt i needed rest more for the time being.

All i can say is wow besides im amazed too.

Today is my 3 rest day and i measured my

MSEG= 4.724 inches which is 12 cm

It have increased from previous measurment 4 days ago which was

MSEG= 4.680 inches which was 11.9 cm.

Did my workout today my flaccid hangs longer than before and its more thicker.

Today is 15 days since i started Pe.

Just updating to track my schedule.

I feel horny so much too.

I increased my warm up to 30 minutes and my streches 30 seconds 10 minutes.

Jelqing stroke 3 second 15 minutes.

Warm down 27 minutes

15 Kegel 3 seconds .

Hope this helps for now plus i’m tracking my Pls too its so far positive especially today.

Im taking rest days more than my PE workout days as working a lot didnt benefit me i noticed especially with unsufficent rest days .

So i’m right now at 4 days PE 3 days rest for now.

ok everything looking good so far.

My warm down routine i increased it from 10 minutes to 20 minutes.

I already feel it’s very effective.

My 21 day tomorrow and today i couldn’t fit my dick in a toilet paper roll easily which is 5.15 inches round.

I feel so girthy hahaha…….

I take rest days seriously and i dont PE without enough resting.

I PE 3 days on a row then rest 4 days.

Then i PE for 4 days then i rest 3 days.

Then i do the classical 2 on 1 off.

I think all of this is good for my dick to keep it guessing and to cause trauma for it to grow.

I’m doing low intensity workouts and short not long i feel that’s enough until i gain and my newbie gains stop.

I’m gonna add some squezze jelqs if that’s good right now?

My PIs have been positive and excellent so far .

I think it’s an indication that i’m not over training and that my cock is having enough rest.

ok guys today everything looks goid except that i accidently while edging i ejaculated yesterday at night .

Today my dick was hard but it took me a while to have it at 50 %to 60% erection for jelqing session.

Plus my dick during streching session was a little bit sore.

Measured after my routine and my dick was just under 13.9 cm BPEL 5,47 inches just a little under 14 cm BPEL 5.5 inches.

Gonna PE tomorrow which is my 3rd day.

And gonna rest on friday,saturday,sunday,monday.

Hope that’s gonna help my dick recover and heal.

Ok i was wondering when i jelq i start stroking my penis until it is semi erect and then i start jelqing is this wrong?
Or should i start jelqing flaccid until i start getting semi erect and continue ?

Wanted to share the positiveness of PE

Update:

Today’s PE workout was great better than yesterdays i felt the streches today and the jelqing session was excellent.

Warmed up for nearly 30 mins.

Warmed down was 30 mins today felt it was a lot better and my penis felt heavy and plump.

Just had an erection seconds ago i had a raging erection immediately after my workout earlier which was only 70% to 80 % but it felt like i was 100% erect.

My EQ was through the roof and it still is.

My erection lasted for 20 mins .

I’m feeling positive too.

PE is the real deal.

should i add Aided V-Stretch to my current routine along with Inverted V-Stretch.
Should i add them or are they advanced streching exercises and i should wait until i’m conditioned more after my 2 month of Newbie Routine.

Jelqing causes me to go flaccid (around 30%) so I stroke it first to get it where I want then start Jelqing. If it goes flaccid again, I go back to stroking.
