I have a progress threat on here somewhere, but have decided to completely start over today with the newbie routine and these are my beginning stats.

FL 3”
BPFL 4 1/4”
FSL 5 1/8”
FG 3 1/2”
EL 4 1/2”
BPEL 5 1/8”
EG 4 1/4”

Newbie routine:

5 minutes hot wrap (shower)
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap (shower)
50 kegels of five second holds each

Finished my first routine. I forgot how much I enjoyed OR. I feel pretty worked out and nice and plump.

Updating this. I have not been very committed to PE, but i promised to be more devoted to the things i care about in 2019. I will be on top of the game.

I am starting to hang with a device from Elite Manliness (found it kn a hanging forum here) and started using it for the first time today. I got some fishing weights from Walmart and created 1/2 lbs sets wrapped with ductape.

I am starting off light and easing into it. Today I did a 5 min warm up with rice sock then started my session.

2x10 mins with 1/2 lbs.
Jelq after in the shower for warm down.

Apply vitamin E after.

I decided i would start out with less time and less weight, maybe increase the time rather than the weight for the first couple weeks until I feel conditioned. I don’t want to mess anything up.

I felt a decent stretch today.

So waking up preiodically through the night, once or twice, I noticed that my flaccid seemed to be hanging a bit longer than usual. That was cool.

I ended up doing another 2x10min session somewhat before bed.

Today:
10min Rice sock (I feel 5 mins wasnt long enough)
2x20 mins hanging at .5lbs

First session wasnt too bad, second one I could feel some of the soreness coming on toward the end of it.

Decided to do a 5 min warm down.

Marking for rest day.

If anyone reading this has any personal tips and suggestuons as for what worked best for them (xDays off/on, session times, etc) I would love to read the comments. Really trying to put forth some effort and learn some things about this.

I did do a bit of edging today, though.

Decided to take a few days off. Detox from porn and what not. Will be starting back tomorrow.

Great to see you are here hanging with us, pun intended! That’s my PE joke for the day.

I have no experience in hanging, so I really can’t speak to the specifics there, but others on here can and will absolutely share their wisdom. There are many great threads on hanging if you use search. There are a bunch of guys currently active in the Hanging 101 thread, so if you haven’t already, I would think about jumping in over there.

What has worked for me has been making PE a part of my daily routine and submerging myself into whichever exercise I am committed. For example, my predominant method has been extending since 2016. In my time with it I have really dived into the nuances of extending. I continue to push my personal relationship with this form of PE, which keeps it both fresh and fulfilling for me. Examples are adding rods to the extender, which rewards me with progress and new tension dynamics to play with. I reach out to both vets and new members to continue to learn from them about extending. I learned something called the penny trick from someone who had really just started out extending, which was a huge win for me. After some 1300 hours of extending I am just now adding heat to the routine and practicing with a vac head system.

Long story short, dive into whatever form of PE you are practicing. Learn all that you can about that exercise from both external sources and from paying attention to and making adjustments per your own personal experience.

Then again, process and theory are motivators for me. So if you can identify what your personal motivators are and then find a way to constructively incorporate those elements into your PE, this will help to keep you stimulated and hopefully consistent.

Thank you so much, LE. I habent posted on here, but i have been doing some exercises. I took about a week or two to decon from porn and mastirbation. Then after that, I found this book called Taoist Secrets of Love (because im somewhat of a spiritualist) and it had some energy related exercises as well as some stretches and things like you can see on TP from time to time.

Since I started reading that book, I started doing those exercises (which are pretty minimalistic) and am actually starting to see results after maybe a week and a half or two tops. I measured just a little under 5 before all of it, then, at this point in time, I have gained about 1/8”.

I also decided to use some subliminals at night as well to help with the process and I feel like they are also helping me to stimulate growth. During these my flaccid hangs pretty long and thick.

I understand well. And i whole heartedly agree, but this is for me and whoever the future lady is to have even more fun haha.

So the exercising that I have been doing has been pretty interesting. It begins with a meditation, focusing on drawing the air into the body to the stomach, then pressing into the shaft. All the while your left hand places three fingers right where the PC muscle is, so all the air is basically trapped in.

Next, you do a static strech pulling outward 36 times, then rub the glands. This is supposed to make your penis start to engorge with blood, but not fully erect

Then, you pull out to the right and rotate clockwise 36 times. Next, same side, but reverse the direction for another 36 rotations. Repeat left side.

To end, youre supposed to slap it on your right leg 36 times, then left leg 36 times. Then you let it sit and soak in warm water for a minute.

I’ve been feeling a good stretch from this. It seems to stretch my inner shaft more. In addition, I have started doing a dowbward stretch and hold for a count of 36 as well ass upwared. I do not do outward due to the static stretch.

I’ve also been listening to some binaural beats to help with the subliminal training motivation.

Started over with the newbie routine yesterday, which was the exact same as today:

5 min warm up in the shower.
- 10 x 30 sec stretches
- 200 x 3 sec jelq
- 50 kegels
Warm down in the shower.

I did not do holds kn the jelqs because I feel I need a better connection to the muscle in the first place.

I have started taking L-Arginine and have some Kratom coming in the mail today. I plan on making that into a tea and drinking every 4 days or so. Last I had it, it gave me an incredible flaccid hang for a day or two.
