Hello.

I started going to the gym a couple of months back and have recently started to see some visible muscular improvements. I have also taken on social endeavours with a more positive and laid-back attitude which has boosted my self-confidence. A bigger dick is the next step on my plan for self-improvement.

I have read on a lot of different forums and found several recommendations for this particular one. I have now spent a few weeks reading up on different exercises and also several progress reports that have made me really want to start this. I begin with the newbie routine for three months and hope to see at least a 0.2” improvement in either length or girth. That should be enough for not making me loose confidence. I have always been one with low patience, overdoing things in a short time and not getting any results. Penis enlargement however is something that could seriously damage me as I understood from the injury section. Remembering this should make me start off easy and be watchful.

Lack of acceptance from the medical industry troubles me. However, the many reports in Thunder’s Place makes me believe. I am also glad there are a lot of scientifically minded members here that has dug up some very interesting research results.

I have only completed 3 sessions but already feel that it is really tedious. Now I do warm-ups with a cloth wrapped around my dick and fixed with a rubber band. I poor hot water (from the tap) on the cloth every 30 seconds and massage it . Doing this I stand over the sink. The jelqs I do with a water based lubricant which is quite messy.

I’ll try to change the routine such that I can sit in front of the TV or computer, watching some video, with minimal fluid on the floor. I tried dipping the dick in a glass of the same hot water but that was very painful for the glans, maybe I should just persevere. Perhaps I just use a trash can to catch all the dripping. Dry jelqing is of course an alternative as well.

I used to subscribe to the wet washcloth method, but I didn’t feel like I was adequately warmed after several minutes.

Wet heat can translate into a more tactile stretching grip so I would suggest a shower warmup if you are looking for an alternative method. I’m a big fan of heat (I have a tough dick) so I sprung for a small heating pad and I haven’t looked back.

Warming up in the shower will be only less practical. I have looked for heating pads though. I have found some kind of electric blankets I might try. I believe I should cope with PE for about a month before wasting money on it. Also, I feel I must try the home made rice sock first but I am doubtful about it.

I understand my girth goals are quite far from my current size, but I have seen several users reporting larger gains. I believe though, that my motivation will be much increased If I can get just some positive results on the newbie routine.

Today´s session taught me that previous sessions were executed wrong. I used to gather my foreskin at the glans to a get a good grip for stretching. Seems I was only stretching out the foreskin though. Gripping the glans alone, which is much harder, does not give any good feeling of tug in the base. However, I felt like I was hanging lower than usual afterwards.

I can relate with your frustrations in the lack of medical evidence in relation to PE. It would be nice to see a large clinical study to document the effectiveness of PE.

Unfortunately, I don’t think there is enough of a financial incentive for a pharmaceutical company or a medical supply company to fund a study yet. I also think that it would be difficult to obtain accurate data. PE takes time, discipline and consistency. These variables are not found in every individual and have the potentail to skew data in a large study.

Fortunately, this site is loaded with legitimate information and a good group of helpful members. Good luck.

Now I have come to enjoy the sessions more. I get a good grip when stretching and a nice feeling of tug at the base, at least when pulling straight downwards. The hang afterwards looks and feels good. When fully erected my penis has always been pointing upwards, it seems I will make it point more straight out from the body.

I do not get any red spots while jelqing. I feel I might be far from the maximum force I can exert without injury. However, I already feel that I am squeezing quite hard and with a high enough erection level, even though it varies.

Last session I tried warming up and down with a wheat bag I had received for free. I will continue with this. It was much more convenient and I believe my penis was much warmer afterwards. I got problems with slipping grip while stretching but solved it with paper. Also, it was easy to burn oneself but also easy to adjust.

Three and a half weeks in, one week to the first progress measurements. I have already noticed some improvements. I have not had much morning wood the last years, now I do have it sometimes. Also, my flaccid hang is in general hanging much lower than before.

The last session of this first month on the newbie routine has just been completed. I am now up to 20 minutes of jelqing since last week. I feel that I should have gained some length, possibly also a little girth. However, it might be due to me sitting in a different position while masturbating. Also, I believe my erections in general are much harder now.

I had a break from masturbating to orgasm for like two months, ending last week. The last month I was edging like crazy until an undesired ejaculation. I noticed that I always masturbated with my PC-muscle flexed. Relaxing it has given a new dimension to my self-pleasuring. Also, the kegel-to-stop-ejaculation now seems to work, though not so good, which it naturally did not do earlier.

So, measurements will be performed tomorrow. I really hope to see a 0.2” increase in one of the dimensions. Still, I will not give up already despite lack of progress.

The measurements are in and they are surprising to me. Only girth increased, both mid-shaft and at the base, by 0.2”. As I remember to have read, jelqing mainly increases girth towards the top of the penis where the highest pressure is. However, I also remember something about hanging, and thus stretching, increasing base girth. Perhaps the increases are the results of a generally stronger erection with more blood in the penis. Also, flaccid length decreased from 5.1” to 4.9”, but I believe this was due to an erroneous first measurement.

I have now doubled the amount of (30-second) stretches to a total of 20 from today’s session. I now do 20 minutes of jelqing but will do 30 minutes from next week. I have yet not seen any negative physical indicator such as bruises or red dots.

I am still at it. The last two weeks, and the coming two before the second progress measurements, are at the full newbie routine. That is 20 30-second stretches, which takes me 20 minutes for adjusting grip and deliberately overshooting 30 seconds, followed by 30 minutes wet-jelqing. I now wet-jelq with regular skin lotion as previous used lubricant was very expensive and got used up quickly. Still no negative physical indicators which worries me, but it doesn’t feel good to increase the pressure further while jelqing. I do feel and look quite engorged though.

My orgasms are better than ever and my cock gets extremely hard right before ejaculation. I’ve still only done self-masturbation during this PE-period.

I completed a full month (until 03-04-2015) of 20 minutes of stretching followed by 30 minutes of jelqing since the first progress measurements. The results were.. Nothing. I have been very busy the last days and will be for a period (haven’t even been jerking off!) and have paused the PE and delayed the measurements until today. I will now continue the break and restart when my life has settled again, hopefully within the next month or so. I have wanted to start hanging and will try that when I start over.

These two months on the newbie routine have given me much harder erections, slightly thicker shaft and a penis that in flaccid state generally hangs much lower and feels more elastic. Very nice improvements but I think I have to try something else for further volume gains.
