Manual Stretching bottom center, bottom left, bottom right, bottom helicopters. Middle center, middle left, middle right, middle helicopters. top center, top left, top right, top helicopters. I do 30 seconds each. If i can get get some kind of erection i will jelg 100 x. If not i will do an inverted V stretch for 30 secs.
