As the name implies I would like to continue P.E. For 4 years, and then hopefully I’ve cemented enough gains to retire. I’ve chosen this name to remind me that it takes time and not to quit.

I started 8/1/16 with the newbie routine. I followed it straight up, but found that it ramps up too quickly. 30 minutes of jelqing in 6 weeks was way overtraining and took 4 days off to recoup. I whittled it to 15 minutes of jelqing and my EQ suddenly improved. So I’ve stuck with that for a good while now. I also was stretching but realized along the way that I was just pulling skin. I have little flaccid girth so there’s not much to hold on to. I’ve improved stretching technique.

Anyway, 3 months in and I’ve honed my routine to where I like it for now. My length goal is modest but girth is My real focus since I’m really lacking in that department. I’m borrowing and have slowly integrated my girth routine from 9_in_richard. He went from 4.125 to 5.25 girth in a year doing all manuals. I’d like to be device free as long as it’s growing. My EQ before PE was a 4.5/10.after the overtraining 2/10. But now I’d give it a 6/10, best in years with the less is more routine.

8/1/16 BPEL 6.25 EG 4.25
10/25/16 BPEL 6.5 EG 4.25
Goals BPEL 7.25 EG 5.25

Routine:
5min rice sock
12 min stretching: 2min down/left, 2min down right, 6 min inverted v-stretch using hand as fulcrum in various places, 4 min inverted v stretch using a large aspirin bottle as fulcrum. I will modify as I get more experience

15 minutes jelqing at 50-60%, ballooning every few minutes (similar to horse440 except I don’t squeeze the head.. Just maintain grip at glans and grip at base and squeeze inward creating the ballooning effect) and carefully adding bends in all 4 directions. Then return to jelqing.
5min rice sock but some days I skip the heat at the end.

5 days on 2 off, but I may change to change the 3rd day to a rest day as well.

Just figured I’d start a progress thread. Hope to update it monthly or so. Advice appreciated.

I found 2 ON/2 OFF to be the best schedule for results. Your penis needs time to heal between workouts. If you keep doing 4-5 consecutive days your penis will accumulate a lot of fatigue over time. You want to find the perfect balance to keep it busy but fresh. You cannot get the best possible results unless your penis is 100% recovered from the previous workout. Don’t forget that PE is essentially about doing damage to your existing cells through stretching or pumping more blood than it can currently hold. That damage needs to be repaired as much as possible before your next workout.

Thanks for the advice. I think I will change to 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off. Fits good with my schedule. I think you’re right the extra rest is worth it.

Rest is best. Your body doesn’t need maximum abuse for gains. It actually works the opposite way. I go with it in my own theory.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Thanks TG. I Read your scheduled trauma thread. I guess I should consider mixing things up a bit more than I planned. I assumed I could just do a variation of the newbie routine for months and months, especially the jelqing. I planned on doing this routine for the next 6 months. I guess I’ll throw some curves in there along the way.

I like your plan TG. However, I think your hands alone provide enough variation, even without really planning for it. No two jelqing sessions will be identical. The angle will be slightly different, the power applied, erection level, length of each stroke, grip, etc. The penis is a small organ (compared to muscle building) and it will feel these variations. Of course you will eventually reach a plateau if you jelq for a decade, but I think for most people it is realistic to reach the goal in 1-2 years depending on exactly how much you want to gain.

I’m going to stick it out with this routine for awhile. A couple months in I might start introducing some wrinkles to confuse the ween into not resisting. But for the most part I want to keep it simple for now.

I’m Ecstatic to report a girth gain of 1/8” to 4 3/8”. I know it doesn’t sound like much but I’ve had my doubts that this was working at all. I’m 100% sure that my starting stat was 4 1/4” because when I found out the average girth was quite bigger than me I measured a lot in the beginning and even when I started this thread at fullest erections, hoping I was gonna get a measurement over 4.25” but never did.

Ween had been feeling a bit fuller lately especially on the underside so I measured and sure enough 4.375” even a tad over.

I’m going on my 6th month In PE and my weekly measuring record shows that I only see gains when I do a long, slow routine in front of a heater 4-5 days a week. Otherwise.. Nadda!! I must also note that the best gains I have ever had were last week using a Jelq Device for 5 on/ 2 off 500 reps. I saw 3/16th inch mid shaft girth gain and 1/16 inch top and base girth. With that being said I am probably going to take 3-4 days off this time as that 2nd week had me whooped.

Hell yeah!! Congrats on busting out girth!

Do you think anything in particular led to the gain?


Start - 09/28/16: BPEL: 6.5" MEG: 4.66" (Pumping, Clamping, Cockrings & Stretches)

Current - 11/25/20: BPEL: 7.2" (+.7") MEG: 4.75" (+.09") --- Roughly 1 year of PE and a long hiatus in between.

Girthquest: Short-term Goal: MEG: 5" -- Ultimate Cemented Goal: MEG: 5.25"

Pizzza- I believe it to be the bends that I incorporated into jelqing as the underside of ween started getting noticeably fuller after just a week of adding those. They only work with low erection though and require care to perform safely. Anyhow I was jacked to see the sustained gain finally, after months of jelqing. Not much but just the fact that it’s working.

Gotta say when I started PE my EQ was terrible and I characterized myself as having ED. 70-80% was max erection and seldom. It was tough to even get hard and maintain it for sex

After a 2-3 months of PE it was even getting worse as I was conditioning and beating my dick up. I actually didn’t believe the guys that said it helped EQ. After 3 months I started getting full erections. And now damn I get raging boners all the time. Hard pipes like I haven’t had since my twenties. No ED whatsoever, I am amazed. I guess just squeezing blood up the shaft every other day has brought it back to life.

What’s more, my flaccid is probably 50% bigger right now. Sometimes I look at it and cannot believe it.

Blown away on my returned penis health.

Have full confidence now in PE.

I also found the newbie routine ramp up a bit too fast and I stopped increasing after the first few weeks and plan to follow TG’s advice to not increase further until I stall.

Update: no gains in a long time. 6.5 X 4.375 still. Great EQ but no gains getting me a little discouraged. I was thinking of ramping up with a new routine. But, I think I’m gonna ramp down for a month. Lighter stretches and 10 minutes jelqing. If no gains after 4 weeks of that I’m experimenting with pumping/clamping. I haven’t found what works for me yet. Maybe with a conditioned unit gains will come with more intense excercises and pressures. I don’t know. I worry about overconditioning and toughening my unit as many have suggested happens, but jelquing has done little in 7 months.
