So guys I’m new to penis enlargement programs and things like that but I’ve been reading up on it for about a month now. I would like to ask if anyone knows the best way to go about exercises sum people say they measure the exercises in time like doing a certain thing for a certain amount of minutes and sum people use reps in my opinion I thought when doing jelqs and exercises I should use reps and for stretches I would use time
I also wanted to tell you guys that
In these 4 months I wanna increase
My erect girth by a 1/2 I’m measuring in inches by the way
My erect length by a 1/2
And my flaccid length by 1
And my flaccid girth by 1
Honestly I’m putting flaccid length and my erect girth first that’s what I wanna focus on
Any ideas please
