4month trial

4month trial

So guys I’m new to penis enlargement programs and things like that but I’ve been reading up on it for about a month now. I would like to ask if anyone knows the best way to go about exercises sum people say they measure the exercises in time like doing a certain thing for a certain amount of minutes and sum people use reps in my opinion I thought when doing jelqs and exercises I should use reps and for stretches I would use time

I also wanted to tell you guys that

In these 4 months I wanna increase

My erect girth by a 1/2 I’m measuring in inches by the way

My erect length by a 1/2

And my flaccid length by 1

And my flaccid girth by 1

Honestly I’m putting flaccid length and my erect girth first that’s what I wanna focus on

Any ideas please

And I hope this post didn’t break any guideline’s and rules

Hello Jay904,

I think it’s often a question of personal preference. Personally I prefer counting my reps and focus on the correct method and time per rep. There is no consensus I’m aware of, PE is not an exact science. At the end of the day it usually doesn’t matter because if you do 100 5-second jelqs it will take 600-700 seconds (grip change time). Or you could just do 10 to 12 minutes of jelqing with a 5 second stroke, haha.

You may run into minor trouble starting with girth since the girth exercises are a little riskier than the length exercises and the first few months are mainly conditioning time. Most people experience gains during this time, but it shouldn’t be the main objective. If you want girth, you should probably just start with a relatively jelq heavy routine. Fowfers are rumoured to increase flaccid length somewhat, but I think most PE gives you a fuller flaccid. So I’d say… Start with the newbie routine for at least a month to 6 weeks, then see if you want to do more jelqs, maybe experiment with a few squeezes sometimes, things like that. Wouldn’t be wise to dabble in risky stuff before you even know what the basics bring you ;)

About the guidelines, Using the word “some” should fix the slang.

Hope that helps, good luck!

Feb 2016: 173 mm BPEL (6.81") 132 mm MEG (5.20")

March 11th '17: 190 mm BPEL (7.48") 135 mm MEG (5.32")

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

Go into this with an open mind. Gains aren’t always fast for everyone. Your foals are definitely reachable. Just eliminate the time limit you’re setting. That’s the best advice I have.

Good things come to those who wait.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6" MSEG as of 12/16/2016 This is my story...and a few progress pics of me here.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *8* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith. Also Fitness helps too.

Thanks alot this was very helpful and sorry about the slang its kind of a habit.
And I didn’t really know exactly where to start earlier today so I did 100 5 second jelqs and personally I wanna increase it to 300 and I’m really focused on girth I don’t know why but girth is what I want you know Haha
