Just measured and i gained 0.5cm in NBPEL .

Feels good and i hope ill keep growing.

No i took breaks but smaller ones (few days to a week and a half)
Its my longest (almost a month, but im doing piss pulls and some ulis and squeezes when i can) as i stopped seeing gains and decided to decondition and see what i have cemented.

Gained a half cm

Im now 19 (CM) BPEL.

So in 6 months you gained 1cm NBPEL, are you sure none of this can be attributed to EQ?

Out of interest, can I ask what your routine consists of, and if you only have length improvements, no girth?

I have gained 2 CM

BPEL , because im bulking and consuming a calorie surplus i have gained a little fat around my belly and fat-pad, my NPBEL is around 16.5 CM.

Right now im on a decon break until the 16th of august.

Before my break i didnt really work on girth that much, only a few routines of jelqs and ulis that gave me only a temporary girth expansion.

My goal was length and so my routine consisted of manual stretching and btc stretch.

Manual Stretching -

2 MIN x2 every direction (5 directions)

Btc stretch - 1 /MIN x2

And of course warm up and down.

Before this routine i was doing the newbie routine until i plateued and raised the time under tension of my routines.

What a cool progress brother and I have to say that “Between The Cheeks Stretches” are the best manual stretch out there and it should be part of every routine.

Yes you are right, i have started to see the big gains coming as soon as i added those to my routine
