So been following the newbie routine although focusing a little more on stretching ( up to 15 mins) and about 10-15 mins jelqing, 2 on - 1 off. I gained in the first 2 months going from approx 6.5 BPEL x 5.5 e.g. To 7.0 BPEL x 5.75 e.g. Which I am pleased about. I have continued another month but not noticed any further gains. Would you guys change things up a bit or add anything in now I’m past the 3 months mark?

You can progressively raise the total time of your stretching session. Do not increase the force you apply just aim for longer total time.

Add some time to your stretching and jelqing routine, looks like this routine is working great for you considering you gained some length and girth. I would stick with it and just increase time with both exercises and see how that goes after another month.
