Overseas right now and have a roomate. So time and privacy is limited.

Re-starting routine after a few years of a break. Going to start with 5 minutes of manual stretches as a warm-up. Pump up to 3-4hg for 20 minute intervals with 1 minute break in between to massage the area. After the pumping session, post stretching and cool down for a few minutes. On the off days of pumping, exercises will consist of stretches, squeeze and holds and Uli’s.
