60 -100 jelqs, 20 at a time interspersed with using a drink bottle underwater like a bathmate.

Have only been on this routine for a few weeks after years of no real gain apart from the newby gains in 2013. Although much of that time was very inconsistent.

The initial gain with 2 weeks of starting this routine are encouraging me to continue with it and see what happens. I’m pretty happy with my size right now. Wife already struggles with girth during oral/deepthroat but could handle a lot more girth vaginally. Happy to just maintain at this level but gain wise it would be nice to have NBPEL at 7.5 and girth anywhere from 5.5 - 6.

Frequency is determined by when I have time - anything from 2 - 5 days/week.
Rest days determined by either injury (occasional blood blister) or more often night/morning wood. No night/morning wood = no PE until night wood returns.
