I start my day hanging with a minimum of 8 lbs and wrapped in a rice sock for 25 min average.
50 jelks with manual jelking device.
1 hour rest wearing either 4 or 5 golf weights. Since my flaccid girth is thin, I hold the weights on with a thick silicone ring and a smaller ring.

30 min hang with 10 lb. Same jelk and rest.
20 min hang with 13 lbs. Jelk and rest.

Afternoon 4 hour hang with the Captn’s wench hanging with three 1 lb fishing weights.

I have been inconsistent with the heat and I now think my gains have come during the days using the rice sock. I purchased it on Amazon Prime for approx $10. It is approx 15 inches in length
and works great microwaving for 75 seconds. Being 3 inches wide, I wrap from the underside and criss cross above my cock and keep it in place by connecting both looped ends together with a 1 inch wide adjustable strap wrapped around my lower back.

Just today I discovered I can attach a nylon string around one golf ring and connect it to a bundle of 3 one lb fishing weights. This enhances the 4 golf weights I use for ADS. HOWEVER, I TAKE A 10 min break every hour.
