2 Months Length Progress Report

So I’ve been doing the newbie routine 5 days on 1 day off for two months now (modified it a bit after the first month though) and so far so good. First month was a little tricky to get used to certain grips for stretches and the timing of Jelqs, but its much better now. After the first month I could tell that there was a slight increase in my flaccid length. Now flaccid length isn’t my main goal, although it’s still nice to confirm that PE exercises truly does work. I didn’t notice anything worth mentioning for my erect length on the first month.

Now onto the second month. First thing I started noticing is that after my PE exercise sessions, (before warm down) my flaccid penis is shaped slightly like a baseball bat, but once I warmed down it went back to equal girth along the entire penis. Slight more gains to my flaccid length as well, even after swimming in a pool/lake my penis doesn’t shrink so that’s a feeling. Now around mid way through this second month that’s when I noticed an increase to my erect length, and to day I measured and I can confirm that there is. Now other things that I’ve noticed is that my erection are stronger and harder, I have a little more stamina, and veins seem to be more prominent along the shaft.

New measurements: My flaccid length is now 3.5” which is an increase of 0.5”. My erect length is now 5.78” which is an increase of 0.58”.

Now for the last month in a half I’ve been eating healthier, doing more cardiovascular exercise as well as workouts in general and I believe that it helped with the gains in length so far, just my opinion though.

No injuries occurred. Only a few pale red dots appeared along the skin of my penis during the first month but it is no longer happening.

So, I will continue to do my modified newbie routine until I stop getting results. I will start doing Kegels during the warm down from this point on though.

Welcome to TP!

Congratulations on your first gains and your choice to improve your food and exercise attitude. Damn, over half an inch already! Kegels after a session are highly recommended; but keep them after the session. You don’t want that muscle to be fatigued when you’re regulating your EQ during PE. Keep it up, keep it simple and be consistent… Best of luck
