2 Months into PE and no gains?

2 Months into PE and no gains?

Hey guys, I’ve been doing PE for roughly 2 months (closer to 10 weeks) and have not seen any gains at all.
Been doing the ‘Newbie Routine’:

5 mins warm up
5 min stretch (30 sec each direction twice Down-Left-Right-Up-Out)
10 mins jelq
5 mins warm down
50 5 sec PC squeeze

2 days on, 1 day off.

I warm up for around 6 mins usually cause I use a heat pad and it takes roughly 45 secs to heat up
And I jelq for usually 11-12 mins just because getting good blood flow/volume takes a min or so.
Don’t masturbate more than around twice a week, sex probably 2 nights a week too.

I did measure myself on a very good day for me BPEL 6.8” (17.5cm) and 5.3” girth (13.5cm) and have not noticed anything.
Is there anything I’m doing wrong? Should I increase my intensity/frequency/duration of workouts etc??

I was considering ordering a bib hanger but am a little skeptical. I really just want girth gains, but a little extra length wouldn’t hurt

You could well be doing too little. What you listed is the first workout of the newbie routine. You’re supposed to slowly increase the time of both stretching and jelqing. The newbie routine tells you to do much more jelqing than stretching. Normally I’d suggest keeping the times about equal, but if you’re primarily interested in girth you can devote more time to jelqing.

Decide on a slow progression (ex: add 1 minute every other session, or every week..) that you feel you can maintain for a long time and give it a few more months.
If you’re pressed for time you can do away with the warm down and the kegels (or do them some other time if you feel they’re helping you).

your routine is great. Increase it from now on. More jelqs and stretches. Good warmup always. But increase it in a way that you now shock your dick.


When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

Hey what’s up tcalwell? I’m not a veteran in PE but i consider myself with enough moral authority to give my opinion xD. For me the fact is not about the time-routine, is about the performance of the routine, you need to train well when you do it. Do you feel the sensation of your blood filling your penis and pushing from the inside? When i do PE routine i feel i have done it well when:

-I feel my dick tired
-When i find some red points (the moment i see them the moment i stop it xD, if not you will wound yourself)
-When i have a little of donut’s effect after done PE who pass in minutes/hours.

I’m wondering if you always mesaure your penis in the same way, i mean, you have to measure your penis always in the same way, if not you can fall into “oscillations”. For example, i always measure my penis on 100% erection when i feel i’m gonna cum (but controlling it), and obviously always with the same rule and in the same position (horizontal).

Hope this could help you some way, and sorry for my english, i’m not bilingual!

First and most importantly remember that PE is a marathon not a sprint. And also don’t measure so frequently, maybe monthly only. Measuring too often can be very discouraging so for motivational purposes don’t measure every day or week.

On the routine itself I’m inclined to agree that you should be gradually ramping up the the minutes/reps. But almost everyone starts to notice some kind of improvements (either gains, EQ, etc) from the the first couple of weeks of the Newbie routine so the other thing you may need to do is focus on the technique. Doing the exercises with great form & technique is a must.

Lastly you could be doing things that may be affecting good circulation. Do you smoke? Drink a lot of caffeine? Have high blood pressure or diabetes? Do you exercise & have good cardio health? Your overall health can be a major factor in ding-dong function.

Just some things to consider before moving into more intense or advanced PE approaches. If you were to gain only half a centimeter every 2 months that would equate to more than an inch within 1 year. Patience, diligence, & perspective are what’s needed.

Long Term Goal: 8"x5¾"

The newbie routine conditions you for more advanced techniques so don’t fret over limited gains. Manage your routine - intensity, reps and rest days - based on your penis feeling fatigued but still recovering the next day asking for more. After 10 weeks, you should have a good sense of your own patterns.

You have good natural size. FWIW, I think girth gains are great (and addictive) but I would recommend that you stay balanced with length and girth as long as you can.


11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")

You said that you have been doing this for about 10 weeks if I read it correctly. Your jelking time/amount could increase significantly. You’re conditioned enough. When I jelqed it was 20 min in the morning and 20 min in the evening. Only benefit I really saw was rock hard erections which who would complain about that?

I would recommend that you now begin to introduce 1 very distinct exercise into your routine. The Uli squeeze for girth.

My experience from doing manual exercises was that length never came but girth came when I did the work. I never did get the girth like Uli supposedly did but I did get the feedback from my wife and it was AWESOME.

I’m opinionated at this point but length comes from a steady, constant/measured resistance. Manual stretching can be done anytime/anywhere but your hands give out. Hanging provides the avenue if you can dedicate the time to it.

BTW, my wife made a comment the other day about size. Length wasn’t the focus or desire.. It was girth. She mentioned a beer can being the ideal unit. Something to think about (as I solely focus on length through hanging!)
