Hey everyone, a little update on me.
I’ve been doing PE for around 5 years, 3.5 of which I made 0 gains. Only when I included extending did I make any gains.

Gains over the past year and a half

Start mid 2015
NBPEL 6.3”
EG 5.5”

Now
NBPEL: 7.1”
EG 5.75” (on a good day mostly 5.6)

I’m so happy I finally have made some gains! I think stretching for long periods of time (regardless of force used) was the biggest factor. My goal is to hit 8” in another couple years. The gains are slow but they are there. I did this using a cheap extender off eBay which I added a cheap vacuum attachment too for the past year.

I have attached photos of my progress as proof. I’ve kept it short and sweep but any questions don’t be afraid to ask.

Hey Ukanakonda,

That’s some persistence, doing PE for 3.5 years without gaining at all! Most others would probably give up by that time, myself included. Now that you’ve found what works though maybe you can be a little more optimistic. Keep it up and also nice girth!

Yeah my starting girth was pretty good. I haven’t made and gains in that department. I tried many combinations of jelqing, air pump, water pumps, clamping but nothing maybe 0.1 inches of girth gains in that time. I’ve heard that thicker penises take longer to grow because it requires more tissue to grow to see changes. So my girth might be whats slowing me down.

What is your routine with the extender? I recently purchased an extender myself but haven’t started using it yet.

My routine during the year and a half I made gains was mostly:
15 minutes of stretching. (The MOS beginner stretching routine)
Then around 4 hours extending
Id then jelq for 10-15 minutes
Pump (either bathmate or air) for 20
Then edge with a light cock ring

I had done all these things before with various intensities but its when I included the extending that the gains came.
Id take a couple days of a week from everything but the extending.

Yeah manual stretching then extending is great. You get to keep your penis in the extended state from the stretching exercises. Found that I was able to keep my penis is a much more extended state after performing stretches then if I just put the extender on straight away. Also vacuum stretching is much better as you don’t block of the circulation like you do with the noose type extenders. It also makes it more comfortable which means you can extend for longer during your sessions which means more gains. I use a cheap vacuum cup I got off eBay I think in total I went through 2 extenders (the cheap metal snapped on them) and 1 vacuum cup. So about £50-£60 or $60-$70 total.

I bought a Male Edge Pro extender and an esl40 ADS. Waiting for then to arrive by mail. But stretching before extending makes sense.

Today was a good day/mile stone. I managed to add another short rod to my extender. I’ve only managed to add 2 in the year and a half I’ve been regularly extending (one of them was when I switched to vacuum extending which meant I had to change the device slightly so I don’t count that one 100%). So this would be the third rod added. Flaccid hang has been a lot bigger lately as well.

Are you stretching at 8.25” , so that is 1 inch past your BPEL?


Then- 5.7 x 4.7 (bpel x mseg)

Now- 7.1 x 5.1 (beg 5.5) // Goal-> 8 x 5.5+

No, 7.1 inches is my NONE bone pressed length. Last time I checked I think my bone pressed was just over 7.6” I think my flaccid stretch is easy around 7.75 I haven’t checked my no bone pressed length much tbh. So the measurements I stated where without pressing down at all from the base to the tip.
