What’s up guys! Proud to say that I’ve been doing PE pretty consistently for the past month.

I’ve gained about .3 inches in length and .25 inches in girth. So stoked to see where the next year will take me!

My routine was 2 on 1 off
(All done in the shower)
5 min warmup in warm to hot water. Mixing in light stretches while warming up.
10 min (or 100-150 jelqs)
5 min cool down

Super excited! Can’t wait to join the 7” club. To all the newbies out there, this stuff works. You just have to put consistent time and effort in, just like working out at the gym. I was a skeptic like everyone else but now I’m a believer.

Starting stats 5/1/18: 5.8” BPFSL/ 5.9” BPEL / 4.5” BEG
Current stats: 6.25” BPFSL / 6.25 BPEL / 4.75” BEG

How long do you squeeze? Is that kind of like clamping? I’m considering getting an extender in the future but how much do you think it actually helped you?

I think my gains come from the conbination of jelq,squeeze and my extender.
But, I can not tell you which exercise gives the most gains in%.

I changed my routine lately because I have less free time.
Exemple:
1- warm up 10 minutes
2- jelq 20 minutes
3- squeeze 10 minutes
4- entender 3 hours
(Squeeze for me is like “clamping” that I do with my hands) full erection “10 secondes”, relax “5 secondes” again and again…
P.E: 5 days on - weekend off
