Wrapped Pumping ?!

I experiment with wrapped pumping.
Wrapping the upper half should increase the lower half girth?

Any experiences or ideas on this?
Anyone trying it or an idea that I could test.

Im thinking of ways to restrict the possiblity of the vacuum lengthening my unit.
