Which pump is the best

Hello all

I searched some threads, but couldn’t find an answer…so i want to know which pump is the best out there. I did hang and clamp so far, but i feel like clamping is not so healthy for my cock. So i would prefer a pump, but ultimately, i prefer more girth (5.5 at the moment) so i want the best advice. Water pumps do count as well for me…
And i am not really familiar with pumping, so any other advice is appreciated too!

Since you live in Germany, I think I would go with Thickwall that is based in the UK. Here is their starter kit and using our sizing chart, you should get a 2” cylinder.

Selecting Your Cylinder Size

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Is there anything special/better about them then with other pumps? Pumping is mainly for girth, right? Because i don’t want to get much longer…

All of the pumps we recommend here are professional quality pumps, Thickwall included. You will save on shipping buying from them compared to an American company. Pumping does favor girth, but you will get expansion in all directions. It’s just that the vacuum is acting on a lot more surface area in the girth direction.

What do you think girthwise - is a pump more efficient than clamping? And what about the Bathmate? I kind of like the idea of warm water and girth exercises, because i don’t know if i can put heat on my penis while pumping (maybe infrared).

Have a look at my thread (thickwall cylinder + pump from amazon) . You can water pump and air pump with a thickwall cylinder and a breake bleeder pump kit, it is not better than clamping, it is different and safer if you manage the pressure with the gauge. You can do manual exercises (Uli’s, Horse squeezes for girth) and end the session with your pump to maximize the expansion. You can also focus on the pump. Clamping can be great, did you try light clamping and edging?

I use my IR lamp while I pump it works great, you can also wrap a heating pad around the cylinder.

I got a used thickwall from the UK from another user and its a great piece of work.
You really want to go for quality.

Clamping you want to ease into. Start out with just a little expansion. Only clamp fully off when experienced.

Clamping + pumping is a good combo.
They influence the tissue differently and you cant say that one is better then the other.

Ok. I will make a research for that thickwall product. Can you report anything about gains?

Walter, i read that you really liked the pumping with water, but firegoat wasn’t really a fan of it. If you like it so much and think it works better (and i assume the same) why not directly go for the bathmate which is made for it? is there a big difference?

Follow the programms and routines on this forum and check and adjust to how yo ureact and you will gain.
Of course takes weeks months and years of steady exercising. Im out of “newbie gains” and Im gaining but very slowly.
I do many things so I cant say this and that will for sure give these gains and most wont.

I own a bathmate and its a good tool for the shower and warm ups but it ahs no gauge to measure the vaccuum and a real pump is much better for the same or even less price.

Yup there is no gauge, it’s more expensive, and I can already waterpump and airpump with my setup. I have a quality cylinder (thickwall ), a solid pump, what more do you want? If you buy this setup you’ll be able to try both and see which type of pumping you prefer.

I will buy the thickwall now. Thanks for your great help! Now i have one more question: my base girth at the ver lowest part of the base is about 6.5 inches. Slightly above ( about 1/4 inch) it is only 5.7 inches, which is a huge difference. So now i am confused which diameter would work best, since if i take the bigger diameter it would fit my base, but the rest of my penis would be in a huge cylinder…

You have to buy a cylinder big enough to fit the base, otherwise, you just won’t get it on. I think you could compromise with a 2.25”. As for the rest of the shaft looking small inside the cylinder, it doesn’t know or care what size cylinder it is in. The vacuum will work just the same.

Yup. 2” will promote length gains. Where 2.25” will gain him girth, but he`ll be one of the pumpers complaining they lost a little length in the process.

I like bathmates. I never thought of using the regular cylinder setup to pump with water. It seems like a great idea. It would work great with a shut of valve. I will have to give this a try. I have been using a bathmate X40 Xtreme for the last 6 weeks consistently. It is working very well for me and gives very good expansion. It sticks to my body without having to use the shower strap so I can easily shower with it on or walk around the house with it on.
