Which order is better?

Is it better to jelq then pump or the opposite,, or change it up each time ?

I was kinda thinking that,, but wasn’t thinking jelqing after pumping also ,, take too long ! , maybe a little extra jelq or pump in the evening.

Yes, you can split your routine and do it morning and evening if you like.. I have tried that before and just do my session once a day so I get my 24h rest to next time.. but everyone is different

Just do a few jelqs before to get the blood going and a few after to get fresh blood in.

Maybe 20-30 each way. No marathons.
